BIOGRAPHY - Christina Idol and A.J. Morales first met in 2017, shortly after Morales began dating Emery Layton, Idol's longtime best friend. Once Morales joined Seattle Pro Wrestling in early 2018, Idol was his first friend in that locker room, and they remained close outside the ring as well--Idol was even the maid of honor at A.J. and Emery's wedding. Idolution tag-teamed for the first time at NVR R!OT 9 in October of that year, where they picked up a victory over Rivers Jhack King and Onishi Kenz. Not long after Morales won the NVR World Championship, Idolution teamed up again at SPW Mainstream 19, where they dethroned the long-reigning Mariano Fernandez and Trixie for the SPW Tag Team Championships.
Idolution are about success, pure and simple. They flaunt their spot on top of the tag division whenever they have an excuse, and they love telling the competition to "#EnvyUs" before and after their fights. But where many other teams with similar attitudes get rejected by the crowds, A.J. and Christina have kept the crowds on their side--not just because they were already popular on their own, but because the duo's undeniable talent, chemistry, and drive to win make their matches must-see TV, no matter who they're facing.

As Charli XCX’s “Break the Rules” hits the speakers, A.J. Morales and Christina Idol emerge from a haze of smoke and golden light. They hit their signature poses on the stage, then start to make their way down the ramp, with Christina leading the way as A.J. gives out high-fives and fist bumps to the fans.
VALENTINA LOVELACE: And their opponents, both standing six feet tall...the tag team of Christina Idol and the NVR-SFW Super World Champion, "The Revolution" A.J. Morales! They are the Seattle Pro Wrestling Tag Team Champions...IDOLUTION!
Spotlights start to shine on Christina and A.J. as they climb up to the apron. A.J. holds the ropes for Christina to let her in, then somersaults over the top rope after her and starts throwing up clenched-fist salutes to each side of the ring. Once they’ve finished playing to the crowd, A.J. sets their gold aside in the corner and the two get into a last-minute huddle to decide who’s starting the match.
