IN RING...
The crowd begins to get hyped up as they wait for the show to start. Chanting, cheering, and poster waiving can be observed throughout Studio Merlot. Suddenly, Bulletproof by Godsmack plays to a big pop. Dona Rotten slowly walks out from behind the curtain as she looks around the studio. She heads to the ring, holding a microphone in one hand and hi-fiving everyone she can with the other hand. Dona steps through the ropes, making her way to mid-ring. The Toxic Knockout finally lets her eyes pan across the ringside area, before spitting a thick green mist skyward. The crowd pops as they cheer for the former NVR Women's Champion.

DONA ROTTEN: Well shit, forgot about all this. Gimme a sec.

Dona shuffles around the ring as the fans chant for her. She looks around the ring one more time with a cheeky smirk across her face.

DONA ROTTEN: Did ya miss me? Hehe, well have I got some news for you. A little bird told me, American Thunderdome is coming up, and well, I'm invoking the ancient rule of dibs.

Dona brushes a bit of hair away from her eyes as the crowd cheers again for her. She moves a bit forward so the hard camera can see her a bit better as a laugh escapes from her mouth.

DONA ROTTEN: Now, you might say it's for the NVR World Championship, and that may be part of it. In reality, I'm taking a page out of the daughter's book, I just want to fight some people. But, don't get me wrong, I'm coming to win, so we're back to that gold. So, get ready, do what you can to prepare yourselves, because momma is coming home.

Rotten straightens her posture and pauses for a moment. She looks down at her hand, but there's nothing written on it. She looks at her wrist as well, and still nothing on there.

DONA ROTTEN: I had something else to say too, but I forgot what it was...

Dona looks up, trying to remember what she forgot as the crowd laughs.

DONA ROTTEN: Oh well, I'm sure it will come to me later tonight on my way home.

She laughs.

DONA ROTTEN: HAVE A GREAT NIGHT EVERYONE AND ENJOY THE SHOW!!!

Bulletproof plays again and she walks to the back, trying to hi-five all the fans who didn't get got earlier.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: Introducing first...

"Global domination" hits the system and there is a loud POP as Arley Kirk appears atop the Tron, black fuzzy LED angel wings on her back. Arley rips open a juice box and skills it before slamming the empty carton on her forehead several times and getting another POP as she slides down the support rigging to the ramp as though it's a fireman's pole and makes her way down the ramp, stopping for quick hugs and high fives and photos.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: From Lake Fenton, MI. Weighing in at one hundred and ten pounds, she is "The suicide blonde", Arley Kirk!

Arley opens a juice box at ringside and gets a good laugh as a small child opens his mouth and she pours Apple juice into it and also gets a warm reaction from giving her angel wings to a girl around the same age. Arley finally jumps up onto the apron and launches over the top rope before she gets one final POP by running and leaping to the top rope, showing off her superb balance as she stands dead center and motions for the fans to get louder. Arley Kirk backflips down to the ring and strikes a determined fighting pose as her music fades.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: And now the champion...

"Run Rabbit Run" by Rob Zombie plays through the sound system as Rebel comes out of the curtain. He slings the NVR R!ZE Championship behind his shoulder and walks down the ramp. Manson flips the fans off as they throw garbage at him. He walks up the stairs and into his corner, ignoring the fans now as he stands there.

Arley comes running through with a big dropkick, trying to catch Manson off-guard, but he sees it coming and sidesteps. She crashes into the corner but quickly gets back to her feet. Rebel and Arley trade vicious strikes and Kirk’s ferocity seems to be getting the advantage, but a thumb spike to the eye slows her momentum. Rebel grabs Arley’s head and begins to drill her with headbutts. Kirk starts to stagger, so Manson sets her onto the ropes. He hits the opposite set of ropes, looking to hit a Cactus Clothesline. However, as Rebel leaps up, Arley spins out of the way. Manson bounces off the top rope, grasping at his chest, and Kirk grabs him from behind to throw him to the outside. Diving dropkick through the ropes by Arley, and she continues to bring the fight to Manson. She throws the champion into the barricade and drills some knees into the head of a prone Manson. Arley asks for a chair from a fan, and they oblige. Jeff the Ref reminds her A) If she uses it she’ll be disqualified and B) She is at a 6 count. Arley decides to set the chair up near Manson and takes a few steps back. She waits for Rebel to get to his feet to springboard off the chair for A LEG LARIA- REBEL CATCHES HER!!! POWERBOMB INTO THE CHAIR!!! He leaves Arley on the floor as he slides under the ring. Arley spasms around for a literal second, hears the 9 count hit, and urgency takes precedence over pain as she just yeets herself under the bottom rope to save herself.

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: How was that not a disqualification?

K.T. ANDERSON: Oh my God, please tell me you understand this sport.

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: HE USED A FOREIGN OBJECT!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: NOOOOOO!!! He hit a powerbomb, the chair just happened to be there. Keep up, Boomer!!!

Arley has not recovered since the powerbomb earlier. Vicious yet dirty strikes by Rebel Manson keeps her from even getting to her feet. Manson hits a sliding knee to the side of Arley’s head, before heading to the corner. He begins to take off the bottom pad of the closet set of turnbuckles. He drags Arley over to the corner, shoves her face in the exposed turnbuckle, and uses his knee to shove her face into the metal! She stops moving for a moment, and Jeff the Ref pulls Manson off the challenger for a moment. However, Rebel instantly runs up METEORA ON ARLEY!!! Arley is covered in blood now as Rebel stacks Arley up… 1… 2… 3NO!!! ARLEY KICKS OUT SOMEHOW!!! Rebel shakes his head and spits on Kirk. He climbs to the top rope and signals for his corkscrew shooting star press finisher, but somehow Arley has the strength to roll out of his range. The champion shuffles across the top rope and leaps off for a big spla- KIRK GOT THE KNEES UP!!! The crowd can’t even believe that Arley was able to save herself there. Kirk begins to smack the mat, trying to use the energy of the fans to help herself get to her feet. Manson tries to stop her, but she’s able to use enough off of her energy to hit a handspring enziguri!!! She rolls forward to give herself the right amount of space for her Juice Box Serenade! She covers the champion for the 1… 2… REBEL KICKS OUT!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: DON’T FUCKING LET HER BEAT YOU REBEL!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: ARLEY KIRK HAS TAKEN A BEATING AND KEEPS OF FIGHTING!!! YOU GOTTA LOVE THAT KIND OF TENACITY!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: NO! NO YOU DON’T, BOOMER!!! STOP IT!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: Call me Boomer one more time in this match, I’m gonna Boomer you, Kid.

Rebel is quick to turn the momentum back around in his favor. Kirk tries to keep it in her favor, but a superkick connects perfectly with her face and you can almost see a tooth fly from her mouth. She stumbles backward, but doesn’t go to the mat as Rebel springboards off the middle ropes and drills her with a tornado DDT. He covers her, but only gets a 2 count. Manson grabs Kirk up and drops her back down with a rear-naked choke. We can see Arley trying to break out and kick out, but she just starts to fade. The crowd begins to clap for her, and it somehow gives her strength. Kirk wiggles her chin a bit AND BITES MANSON’S ARM!!! Jeff the Reff scolds Arley, but she’s running purely on instinct now. She lands a big spinning heel kick to the face of Manson and sets him up for the AK-95. She goes for the cartwheel, but Manson is able to spin out of the cravate she has and slides to the outside. Kirk doesn’t have the energy to chase after him, as he grabs his R!ZE Championship from the time-keeper’s area. He begins to walk away from the match, but he doesn’t get far. Kirk musters something up and catches Rebel with a desperation Tope Tornillo! She throws Manson into the ring and KIRKENSTE- NO! REBEL THROWS THE TITLE IN HER FACE!!! THE REF CALLS FOR THE BELL!!!

VALENTINA LOVELACE: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN... THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH... VIA DISQUALIFICATION... ARLEY KIRK!!! HOWEVER, STILL NVR R!ZE CHAMPION… REBEL MANSON!!!

Manson grabs his belt and rolls to the outside. Arley chases after him but stops at the ropes due to exhaustion. Her face is COVERED in blood as she hurls swears at Manson. Rebel raises his belt high in the air, as Arley asks for a microphone.

ARLEY KIRK: Rebel, you want to keep getting yourself disqualified to run from me. You want to stab me and my brother in the back just to get and keep that title. That’s fine. I knew you were a bitch from the beginning, but you don’t get to run from me anymore. NEXT MONTH AT AMERICAN THUNDER DOME 3… I WANT YOU IN A STAR-SPANGLED DEATHMATCH, MOTHERFUCKER!!!

Rebel looks at Arley and screams out that he accepts. He also screams out something about “I’m not just gonna make you bleed next time, I’m going to kill you in that ring”, but the cheers drown out whatever he is trying to say.

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: BIG MATCH ANNOUNCED FOR ATD 3!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: REBEL IS GONNA FUCK HER UP!!!

ONE FALL!!!

VALENTINA LOVELACE: Introducing first...

The upbeat, fast-paced tunes of Machine Gun Kelly’s pop-punk “Kiss Kiss” start to play and Darby comes out from backstage with his usual carefree energy. Pausing he’ll glance around to study the crowd and then begin to make his way quickly. On his way to the ring he’ll try and barter and trade with fans along the ramp, looking to exchange any of the nicknacks he might have picked up backstage (or who the hell knows where else). Sometimes he might be successful. Others he might come up empty. But eventually, he’ll turn his attention back to the task at hand, ascend the steel ring steps and then up the nearby turnbuckle post, flipping off the top turnbuckle and into the ring where he’ll find his way to his corner and (most likely) try and pickpocket the referee’s wallet on his way there.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: And his opponent...

The song plays through 15 seconds before Dax Levandrier steps through the curtains. He stands upon the stage and cranks his own neck before bellowing out this almost primal yell.

“DEFY YOU, TO THE DEATH WE DESERVE”

He starts to hop back and forth on his feet until he starts stomping down the ramp. He doesn’t once look out to the crowd, his eyes laser-focused at the ring. Closing his eyes, he lets the screaming of his theme song fill his thoughts before opening his eyes and leaping onto the apron. He cleans his boots on the apron and steps through, walking toward the center of the ring. The hard cam zooms in on Dax as he madly stares through the lens, almost as if he’s peering through the souls of the audience watching at home.

The song runs through the chorus once more and Dax walks his way toward the nearest rope, climbing onto the second turnbuckle. He finally looks out to the crowd and steps his right foot on the top turnbuckle before he flexes his massive arms, yelling out once again like a madman. He then does a 180 and hops off, staring blankly yet again, zoned in for his bout.

A kind of slow start to this match, Dax and Darby’s clash in styles and builds prevented either from getting an advantage right away. Darby would use his speed and agility to keep Dax disoriented, but Levandrier kept landing heavy strikes to halt MacNamara from gaining momentum. Dax tries to grab hold of Darby and begin to take the match to the mat. However, Darby is just too slippery apparently, as he slips out of Dax’s grip, somersaults away from Levandrier, and evades Dax altogether. Darby starts striking Dax’s legs as fast as he can. Levandrier shoves Darby away, but Darby does a back roll, gets to his feet, and hits a series of three superkicks. One kick to the stomach that doubles Dax, one kick to the knee that sends him to kneeling position, and one kick to the face that seems to completely daze the Leviathan. Darby goes for Waxing Moon, but Dax ducks it oddly enough. MacNamara scouts Levandrier’s duck and catches him in the 3/4s Headlock and goes for Dirtbi-NO!!! LEVANDRIER POPS HIM UP INTO A LUMBAR CHECK!!! Dax gets up to his feet and begins shaking his arm to signal a lariat coming. The crowd gets behind the movement, chanting “Dax, Dax, Dax” as he shakes his arm rhythmically. MacNamara stumbles to his feet as he grabs at his back, and Levandrier hits him with a STIFF lariat that sends Darby flipping all the way around. Dax covers Darby for the 1… 2… KICKOUT!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: DARBY’S HEAD JUST WENT FLYING INTO THE PARKING LOT!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: I’ve seen Dax in Everest, where he’s undefeated, and he just continues to impress me!

K.T. ANDERSON: OF COURSE HE CONTINUES TO IMPRESS YOU!!! THE DUDE IS BUILT LIKE HE'S FROM SKULL ISLAND!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: Enough talk, K.T.! Let’s get back to the Action!!!

Dax has Darby in the corner shortly after the 2.99 count and begins to hit big frying pan chops on MacNamara. Darby’s chest is full of busted blood vessels after 2 chops, but Dax keeps going. He goes for a fifth chop, but Darby is able to drop down and evade it. Dax’s hand bounces off the top[ turnbuckle, and Darby quickly grabs his opponent’s legs and dumps him over the top rope. Dax lands on his feet on the apron- SLINGSHOT DDT TO THE OUTSIDE!!! However, as Darby drops all the way to the floor from his crazy DDT spot, Dax falls on top of him at ringside. Darby is able to wiggle himself free of Dax, but Levandrier grabs at his leg. Big stomp to the face by MacNamara stops his opponent in his tracks. Darby gets the fans behind him with some clapping, as he hits a Waxing Moon to the head of Dax and the momentum of the kick sends him back into the ring! Darby takes a breather for a second as Dax struggles to get to his feet. Darby climbs onto the apron as Dax charges randomly SUICIDE SPE- NO!!! Big Knee to the face by Darby as he quickly flips over the top rope. Darby rebounds off the ropes as Levandrier turns around FAUGH A BALLAGH!!! Darby covers for the 1… 2… DAX KICKS OUT!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: This MacNamara kid is exciting as hell to watch!

K.T. ANDERSON: Yea, but instead of a wolf-like the rest of the MacNamaras, he’s more like a raccoon and that’s annoying as hell.

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: Racoons are scrappy and fun to watch too! Nobody can convince me otherwise.

K.T. ANDERSON: How do I already hate you so much???

Wasting little time, Darby gets to his feet, climbs the nearest turnbuckle- IMPLODING 450!!! He covers again… 1… 2… 3NO!!! Levandrier still finds the strength to press Darby off of him! Darby lights Dax up with kicks, but Levandrier continues to push himself back to his feet though. Darby desperately goes for Dirtbird, but Dax scouts this move for the second time this match, rolling Darby off his shoulder and onto the turnbuckle behind him. MacNamara is crotched by the top turnbuckle, so Dax has time to catch his breath. Darby hits him with a few stiff chops to keep him away, but Levandrier drills him in the gut and hits an uppercut to follow up. Dax climbs up and hits a big Super Gutwrench Suplex!!! Dax throws an arm over Darby 1… 2… KICKOUT!!! Dax can’t believe it, as he pulls MacNamara up to his feet and whips him into the ropes. On the rebound, Dax goes for a spinebuster but eats a dropkick instead. The big man staggers- DIRTBIRD!!! Darby holds Levandrier’s legs for the 1… 2… KICKOUT!!! Darby gets to his feet and stumbles to the corner. He bounces on the middle turnbuckle waiting for Dax to get to his knees before running for SCARLET FOR YA M-NO!!! DAX CAUGHT HIM IN A FIREMAN’S CARRY!!! Dax stumbles to his base- MODIFIED LEVANDRIVER!!! 1… 2… 3!!!

VALENTINA LOVELACE: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN... THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH... VIA PINFALL... DAX LEVANDRIER!!!

Dax shoves Darby to the side as he throws an arm up. He tries to stand up, but the match seems to have taken more out of the big guy than he had thought. Steph the Ref tries to help him up, but Dax yells at her to step away. He finally gets up and tells the ref to raise his hand. After she does this, he yanks his arm down and signals that he wants a championship soon.

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: Dax the Destroyer staking his claim for a title shot!

K.T. ANDERSON: I just wish his girlfriend wasn’t so annoying...

PREVIOUSLY RECORDED...
Mimi Smith is backstage at Nevvy Pro's latest event with her buddy TJ. Rather than the room being filled with Mimi's laughter, there's a silent tension over the upcoming matches.

MIMI SMITH: This should be the end of it now, Teddy. "Corazon Diego".

Mimi then stands up from the trunk she was sitting on and thinks outloud.

MIMI SMITH: But....maybe if I defeat him it'll bring out Diego and it'll help us get him right again. Put this dark side of him to rest and all that.

TJS: If you're fishing for my 2 cents, I have to tell ya that psychology isn't exactly something I know all a lot about.

TJS: But if you need some back-up out there if things go south, I got your back. I'll have defeated a dinosaur and a dragon. The NVR bards will begin singing tales about it. I think I'll be able to handle the Akuma side of Diego Alejandro Matias.

MIMI SMITH: I didn't really follow a lot of that aside the having my back stuff, which I really appreciate.

Mimi gives Teddy a tight hug, making him grunt, causing a laugh from Mimi as she releases.

MIMI SMITH: I'm sure it'll be ok. I know I can beat him, I've been training with Derrick to bring a little Mixed Meems Arts to this match. He can't be here but he's kinda going to be here through Mimi. Then maybe we'll see about putting some gold around this tight waist.

TJS: Daya talks fast, she may count fast too, keep that in mind.

He slaps his hands down three times to show Mimi a fast count.

MIMI SMITH: I'm sure she'll be impartial. You should too being a member of team Daya.

TJS: Oh here we go.

MIMI SMITH: Oh here we go what?

Teddy sighs. He looks down at his pizza craving bromiga and sighs again.

TJS: I got drafted on that team. I didn't pick her team.

MIMI SMITH: And who's team would you have picked?

TJS: I've got to work on taking on Raptor and Kai, I better do a little bit extra training.

Teddy starts to back away with Mimi pulling out her phone.

MIMI SMITH: Daya will chase you for that answer too, Mr. Procrastination.

With that, Mimi turns herself back to the trunk and sits down, crosses her legs, and pulls out her latest conversation with Diego not Corazon which just reads: Help Me.

"I WON'T GO DOWN WITHOUT A FIGHT! I WON'T GO DOWN WITHOUT A FIGHT!"

The music kicks through the PA as Kai steps through the curtain. He’s all smiles, but it’s just the calm before the storm. He pulls his mouthguard from his vest pocket and puts it in. The switch is flipped and Kai steps down the aisle quickly to the ring.

VALENTINA LOVELACE:: "Coming down the aisle: From Jacksonville, FL; he weighs in 177 lbs, Kai URIGAAAAWAAAAA!!!"

Kai hops up onto the apron hard cam side, looks over his shoulder at his opponent, and enters the ring. Urigawa takes off his vest and falls into the corner, doing some last-minute stretching.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: The next competitor...

TJS appears on the screen. Each letter fades in and out before the other appears as the intro plays. The lights dim slightly aside for a trio of lights which, you guessed it, shine TJS onto the roof of the building or down onto the ring. TJS appears from behind the curtain with his back to the crowd but spins to stand facing them, legs wide apart, and embraces the crowd. Throwing out a t-shirt to one of the crowd members rampside earns him pop before he starts to walk down the ramp. TJS raises a finger, then sings with the crowd the opening lyrics to his theme.

Begin the day
With a friendly voice
A companion, unobtrusive
Plays that song that's so elusive
And the magic music makes your morning mood

TJS grabs the ropes with the small instrumental break and spins to hook the top rope and face the ramp.

Off on your way
Hit the open road
There is magic at your fingers
For the spirit ever lingers
Undemanding contact
In your happy solitude

As that riff hits, TJS backflips into the ring and walks around the ring, the lights dimming down to an almost darkened state as the fans' screens light the arena with purple, pink, blue, and red bright screens. TJS then performs a running shooting star press and lands on his feet, pretending it was unseen but the house lights come back on bright just a second after he lands. TJS nods his head to the rest of the song. Even as it fades out, the loyal NVR fans sing it loud and proud with TJS conducting them with one hand.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: And their opponent...

"Immigrant Song" by Led Zepplin plays, as the lights change different colors of green, gold, and brown. The music changes go into the first verse and out comes the 100 million-year-old rookie, RaptoЯ steps out from behind the curtain. He takes his first small step for Dino's and his one giant leap for Dino-kind! With that, he stomps out to the ring and raises his hands in self-hype as the fans cheer for him as well. One big step over the top rope, and he's in the center of the ring screaming "We're Back" before posing in the ring and letting his music die.

The match starts with all three competitors circling the ring. Usually, in a match like this, the two smaller guys would team up on the bigger one, but as TJS and Kai slowly walk up to RAPTOЯ, who’s already going into defensive mode, Kai hits a spinning heel kick to the back of TJS’ head! Teddy stumbles away for a second, as Kai hits a dropkick to the knee of RAPTOЯ. Knee to the face of the Dino-Brawler, and Kai hits the ropes looking for a pump kick, BUT EATS A THIS IS SPARTA KICK FROM TJS! The DUVAL Dragon is on jelly legs after that kick, as TJS positions him just so he can hit a RUSHPLEX ONTO RAPTOЯ! He covers Kai for a 2 count! When that doesn’t pan out, Teddy covers RAPTOЯ, but again gets a 2 count. Teddy begins to hit his Ted Kicks on both RAPTOЯ and Kai. Urigawa catches TJS’ foot, stands up, spins Teddy around, and shoves him into RAPTOЯ. RAPTOЯ catches Teddy as he stumbles towards him, and lifts him into a vertical suplex position. Kai hits a roundhouse on Teddy and RAPTOЯ delivers a brainbuster to follow up. RAPTOЯ floats over for the pin, but Kai rips him off of Teddy. Kai now goes for the pin, but RAPTOЯ yanks him off of Teddy this time. Kai and RAPTOЯ trade some strikes, however, RAPTOЯ is able to get the distance he needs to keep Kai away while still landing stiff strikes. RAPTOЯ goes for his arm-trap knee strikes, but Kai drops backward and monkey flips the big man! Kai springs to his feet and hits a penalty kick on RAPTOЯ!!! He sees Teddy getting to his feet finally and hits a dragon suplex for the 1… 2… KICKOUT!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: All three of these men are putting their all into this match right now.

K.T. ANDERSON: Kai Urigawa is just wrecking everyone AND HE’S THE SMALLEST ONE IN THE MATCH!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: Just goes to show size does not always create an advantage.

K.T. ANDERSON: I have a few ex’s that would disagree with you, but that’s not the point, is it?

It isn’t long before RAPTOЯ has the advantage. His mixture of agile strikes and power-based slams take Teddy and Kai down whenever they get back up. RAPTOЯ’s seemingly foolproof strategy is to strike one and they throw the other into them. It’s very successful for three or four sets, but as he hits a big roundhouse on Urigawa and lifts TJS for a vertical suplex toss, Teddy counters… STUN DOG MILLIONAIRE!!! Teddy stays on his hands in knees after the strike, so Kai can springboard off his back and hit a flying forearm onto the Dino. RAPTOЯ stumbles back into the corner as Kai continues to hit forearm strikes that drive him in such a direction. RAPTOЯ begins to fight back, so Urigawa climbs up the middle rope for more leverage. That’s when RAPTOЯ decides to put his arms under the legs of Kai, and pull him into the powerbomb position. He runs across the ring FOR A BUCKLE BOMB!!! Kai is hung up in the corner and RAPTOЯ hits his double knees in the corner! RAPTOЯ guides Kai out of the corner so he can hit a Big boot on Urigawa! RAPTOЯ roars in triumph, but gets spun around by Teddy! THAT ONE SLAM FROM BAND CAMP!!! Teddy is feeling the energy with the fans behind him. Maybe it’s finally his moment? He locks in THE TJS SPECIAL DELUXE!!! RAPTOЯ is in the middle of the ring with nowhere to go. Teddy is using all of his strength, energy, and focus on keeping RAPTOЯ locked into the hold, so he doesn’t see Kai rising to his feet. Jeff the Ref is asking if RAPTOЯ wants to tap, but RAPTOЯ says no AND KAI HITS A BIG SHINING WIZARD!!! All three wrestlers lay in the middle of the ring from exhaustion!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: I don’t like how close Teddy got to winning this damn match!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: He has done nothing but impressed here tonight. I don’t know why you wouldn’t want him to win!

K.T. ANDERSON: I know exactly why, and it’s because he’s a geek!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: Geek or not, RAPTOЯ looked like he was gonna tap, so Kai can thank god he made the break in time!

Kai and Teddy go right into trading slow stiff chops. Kai begins to gain more momentum and land more strikes than Teddy, but TJS catches an arm and puts Kai into a pumphandle. He does multiple handle-lifts to mess with Kai, before lifting him onto his shoulders for an airplane spin. Right when you think Teddy is going to stop and slam kai, KAI COUNTERS WITH A DDT!!! Teddy is planted hard into the mat, as Kai gets up and lifts Teddy into a suplex just to transition into a KIRIFUDA CLUTCH!!! He has Teddy down in the center of the ring!!! Teddy tries to fight out, but the more he struggles, the more he looks like he might be passing out. RAPTOЯ stamps up from beside Kai AND LANDS A BIG MOONSAULT ON BOTH OF THEM!!! RAPTOЯ covers both men for the 1... 2… THEY BOTH KICK OUT!!! RAPTOЯ grabs Teddy up for a swinging spike DDT, but TJS is able to spin out of the way and Kai hits a running knee… just for Teddy to grab Kai up FOR THE BLUE HARVEST BOMB!!! TJS gets to his feet and looks to hit his Kneecolepsy moonsault knee strike, BUT RAPTOЯ HITS A BIG BOOT!!! He grabs Teddy up and drills him with EXTINCTION!!! He slams TJS with so much force that Teddy rolls away, so RAPTOЯ quickly grabs up Kai and hits him with the LAND BEFORE TIME for the… 1… 2… 3!!!

VALENTINA LOVELACE: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN... THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH... VIA PINFALL... RAPTOЯ!!!

RAPTOЯ goes to his feet and raises his hands high in the air. Jeff the Ref signals him as the winner, as RAPTOЯ continues to raise his arms in the air. He rolls out of the ring and begins to talk about how he’s warned everyone and now it's his time. Back in the ring, Kai and Teddy are getting to their feet. Teddy tries to show some good sportsmanship, but Kai just shoves him. Teddy gets defensive there and asks what Kai’s problem is, and Kai gets right in Teddy’s face screaming about how it’s TJS’ fault they both lost. This turns into a shouting match, which turns into a shoving match, which almost turns into a full-on fight, but Jeff the Ref and the ring hands are able to separate them in time.

K.T. ANDERSON: What a fight between 2 of my favorite wrestlers and TJS! Big win for RAPTOЯ here!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: I’m still hung up on the fact that Kai and Teddy almost came to blows here in the post-match! These guys are not messing around!!!

“Enforcer” Anthony Cross is walking on to the set of the interview area at the Merlot Studios. Gemma Marchand sees Anthony walk on set and as she picks up her microphone Anthony puts his hand up.

ANTHONY CROSS: I always enjoy talking with you Ms. Marchand but I got this one today.

Gemma stops in her tracks as Anthony drapes the San Francisco Openweight title belt over his left shoulder and looks straight towards the camera.

ANTHONY CROSS: In what can be best described as my toughest challenge in my thus far four-month reign as San Francisco Openweight Champion I stand before the world as confident as I have ever been since I came to NVR several months ago. Not because Mrs. Davies isn’t a breakout star in the making and why shouldn’t she be? In her short time here in NVR she has been impressive. As we all saw she wouldn’t even back down to me and I can respect that.

Anthony pauses for a moment, takes a deep breath, and composes himself.

ANTHONY CROSS: But Ms. Davies can you honestly say in your heart of hearts that you can beat me? Physically you might be able to hang with me and the possible pressures of being called a champion. Can your psyche handle it? Those thoughts that travel around in between those ears of yours. Now I am not foolish enough to think that you would actually admit it to anyone much less me just as we were going to step into the ring with one another. That is irrelevant though because whether you admit it or not we both know that you couldn’t and wouldn’t be able to handle it.

Anthony cracks a smile.

ANTHONY CROSS: Me on the other hand, I have proven that I can handle such pressures. I did it before I arrived at NVR. I have done it for the last four months since I won this belt.

Anthony pats on the San Francisco Openweight title belt.

ANTHONY CROSS: And there is no way I am going to allow myself to lose my championship. Not tonight, not anytime soon. I don’t hate to break it to you, Dani, and everyone else on the NVR roster.

Anthony walks away.

The opening of Mad Hatter begins to play, as lights flash to the tune of the little bells, but then the lights all change to a scarlet color as the verse first hits and Dani Davies steps out. She starts to walk down to the ring, singing the lyrics to the song as she stays away from the fans at ringside.

The normals, they make me afraid

The crazies, make me feel sane

Dani walks towards the camera, reciting these words as she hopes onto the apron and poses. She looks around at the crowd with a bit of disgust, as she spins into the ring and poses one more time, still singing the words to the song as the music.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: And the champion...

Natural Born Killaz By Ice Cube and Dr. Dre starts playing throughout the arena. Smoke comes from the entranceway. As the smoke is clearing The Enforcer walks through the smoke and looks out at the crowd. Enforcer then walks down to the ring. He walks up the stairs onto the ring apron, looks out at the crowd, and lifts his arms out to the side. Enforcer steps through the top and middle ropes. Enforcer walks over to the opposite ring ropes and lifts his arms out to his side.

The match starts and Dani goes straight to throwing punches and kicks at Cross. Cross uses his strength and size advantage to grab her arms. He wraps his big arms around Davies and begins to squeeze her with a bear hug. She struggles to get out, kicking her legs as she tries to throw him off his base or land a knee somewhere vulnerable. Eventually, she just leans forward and headbutts Enforcer right in the nose! Cross lets her go and Davies lands a question mark kick to the ribs! Anthony lunges at Dani, but she shoots behind him and delivers a series of quick kidney punches. Backfist by Anthony is ducked as Dani pops up with a palm strike to the throat. She whips Cross into the corner and runs all the way around the ring for FULL SPEED PUMP KI- CROSS MOVES OUT OF THE WAY!!! He slides his arm across her neck for an inverted headlock and drops down for a backbreaker! He scoops slams Dani in the middle of the ring, before heading back to the corner and climbing to the top! Dani stumbles to her feet and he leaps off the top rope for his DIVING CLOTHELSI-NO!!! CODE BREAKER BY DANI!!! She drops down and drills elbows into the side of Cross’s head. Dani goes to the corner and runs up for the Love, LayBay Stomp! Dani covers Anthony for the 1… 2… KICKOUT!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: OH SHIT!!! DANI CAME TO FUCKING PLAY!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: WE ALMOST HAD A NEW CHAMPION THERE!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: ENFORCER NEEDS TO GET UP AND START ENFORCING ALREADY!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: If he doesn’t we very well could see #ANDNEW trending at the end of this match!

Dani continues to pick apart her big opponent with kicks and strikes. She’s targeting his back and face to keep him disoriented and fragile. A big backstabber takes Cross back to the ground, and she locks in a dragon clutch with a knee in his back. Cross is able to get his knees beneath him and snapmares her off of him. Dani recovers almost instantly and charges at Cross, but eats a big boot for her troubles. She’s knocked almost completely off her feet as he lifts her up high and almost throws her with a high-angle teardrop slam. Davies grabs at her back and charges at Cross, but The Champion catches her with a Tilt-A-Whirl Backbreaker. Cross sits on his knees a minute, as he’s clearly gassed, but Davies starts to roll to the ropes. She gets up onto the apron and Cross charges- SHOULDER BLOCK! Cross doubles over as Dani springboards to the top rope and hits a double foot stomp on his back. Davies hits the ropes, rebounds looking for something bi- CROSS WITH A MAFIA KICK!!! Dani stumbles to the corner, and he places her on the top turnbuckle. He climbs up with her and hits a big Avalanche Belly to Back suplex! Cross gets up and pulls Dani in for the Death Penalty, but she throws a few weak punches to the midsection and drops her weight. Realizing Dani still has more life in her, he ditches the DDT finisher for a big deadlift vertical suplex INTO A PILEDRIVER!!! He covers Dani for the 1… 2… 3NO!!! DANI DAVIES JUST KICKED OUT!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: ARE WE SURE SHE’S A ROOKIE???

K.T. ANDERSON: Cross just annihilated her!!! How THE FUCK did she kick out???

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: Enforcer dwarfs Dani in both size and experience. If this lady's not impressing people here tonight, you’re not paying attention.

K.T. ANDERSON: Yea, but how much more can she take before Anthony Cross makes her just another successful defense???

Cross does not allow Dani to get back to her feet as he quickly locks in an anaconda vice onto Davies. The challenger nearly passes out but finds some desperation energy to throw a leg out onto the ropes to break the hold. Steph the Ref breaks up the hold and lets Dani get to her feet for a moment as Enforcer tries to catch her with a Mafia Kic-NO! She ducks it and his leg gets caught on the top rope. Dani hits a neck breaker that yanks him all the way down to the mat. She covers him, but he kicks out at 2. Dani tries to mount a comeback with a series of strikes leading to a big running lariat, BUT ENFORCER CATCHES DANI WITH A BIG SPINEBUSTER!!! He hits it with so much force he bounces completely back to his feet. He walks around the ring for a second, as he sets up for his finisher, but he sees someone at the top of the ramp. Dax Levandreir has come out and starts walking down the ring. Dax screams that he deserves a one on one match with Cross because last time he wasn’t pinned in the 4 way. Cross starts yelling at him to go to the back of the line, and that causes this whole thing to be a shout-fight in the middle of this match. Cross goes to take a step back- HE’S TABLE TOPPED BY DANI!!! SHE STACKS HIM UP FOR THE COVER 1… 2… 3NO!!! THE CROWD THOUGHT SHE WON, BUT DAVIES DOESN’T GET THE UPSET!!! Enforcer is stunned from almost losing his title, as she kicks him with Head trip!!! She hits the ropes looking for Love, LayB- NO!!! Boot to the gut and Death Penalty DDT by Cross!!! He desperately covers her for the 1… 2… 3!!!

VALENTINA LOVELACE: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN... THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH... VIA PINFALL... AND STILL NVR SAN FRANCISCO OPENWEIGHT CHAMPION… ANTHONY CROSS!!!

Cross gets to his feet, but Dax slides right into the ring before any celebrations can get started. They keep yelling at each other, and Cross raises his title high in the air. Dax points at the title, but neither man breaks their eye contact this entire time. Dani Davies gets to her knees, and you can see she’s contemplating low-blowing Cross and choking out Dax, but in her current state, she decides against it. She does make it known to Enforcer AND Dax, that they don’t get to make statements off of her, and that she isn’t done with either of them!

K.T. ANDERSON: Is it just me or is this SFOW title scene really spicing up???

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: Couldn’t agree more, K.T.! We have a lot of fresh young talent ready to make a name for themselves, and that title is the vehicle to do it!

BACKSTAGE...
Tonight we see Kira Brooks leaning against one of the backstage walls at the Studio Merlot, and from the glimpse, the camera gets she’s playing something that looks suspiciously like Raid Shadow Legends on her phone. After a moment or so of watching her laugh and curse a little under her breath she looks up from under her lashes and then smirks, shutting off the game and tucking her phone into her ring jacket’s pocket. A lick of her lips and she straightens up and smiles brightly before she begins to speak in that firm yet sweet tone of hers.

KIRA BROOKS: Live and learn, that’s what people say, grow by doing, don’t stop moving. You know, I was really proud of my match against Izzy Van Doren, because I went out there and gave her the best match I had in me, on that day. It’s not the best match I’ll ever have, but it’s a foundation, something I can look back at to see just how far I’ve grown. In the meantime? Well, it’s time to get that bread.

Kira winks and pushes off from the wall, moving gracefully around some production crates and avoiding any potential collision between herself and other people as they rush this way and that.

KIRA BROOKS: I’ve faced Dana Alans before, I’ve beaten her too, but you know what I’m not going to do? Underestimate how much she wants this win. Sure, we have the living wildcard that is Siobhan Mahoney involved, triple threats are what they are, but Dana? She’s going to be bringing her A-game, she...

Kira pauses and puts her hand over her heart as a cheeky smile comes to her lips.

KIRA BROOKS: Well, she told us all she’s the grumpy one, but let’s set that down a minute. She’s a seriously talented wrestler, first and foremost, and she’s got the motivation, just like me, to improve every time she’s in a ring. That makes her a great competitor and I love to see it, she’s just the kind of person I always want to face like it’s true. Steel sharpens steel and all that.

Kira smacks her hands together and then brushes off her palms before moving around several folks milling around, making her way to the next hallway intersection.

KIRA BROOKS: Mahoney though, she’s dangerous in a different way. I can’t be real with you all and say she wants the win less than Dana does, even if it’s tempting to do it. She’s got something to prove just like me, just like Dana. It’s a challenge that I’m ready to meet head-on, from both of them.

Kira takes a deep breath, gesturing around her at all the kind of hustle and bustle you can imagine that goes on backstage to keep the NVR show running as ‘smoothly’ as it needs to and a wide grin comes to her face.

KIRA BROOKS: What I don’t have to prove is that I belong here. That I can hang, that I can climb that ladder and that I will be a champion in this company someday. I care about it, and I will bend every resource I have towards my goal because well, I’m Kira Brooks and I’ve gotten past the launch stage in my career, there are no limits to what I can do.

She blows a kiss at the camera, pausing one more time before she skips away towards the gorilla position.

The lights in the arena go dark as Valhalla" by Blind Guardian begins to play. A massive figure walks through the curtain to a chorus of boos. On the screen, The Australian Behemoth flashes quickly followed by the rune of the god Odin. The lights slowly fade in as Danela Alans is revealed and her name appears on the screen in dripping blood. Danela sneers at the crowd while she stomps her way to the ring. When she reaches the apron she grasps the top rope and pulls herself into the ring. Danela gives a wry smile as she draws a line in the sand and does a massive stomp in the middle inviting her opponent to battle. She lets out a war cry as her music fades.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: And the next wrestler...

YOU MAKE ME VICIOUS

The opening line of Vicious by Halestorm plays as the lights all turn red. The first verse continues as a spotlight shines on the stage. The chorus hits and so does Siobhan Mahoney as she steps into her spotlight. She poses at the top of the stage, bending a knee and throwing an arm up so that people can ogle even more of her. She walks down to the ring with the spotlight following her and hearing only cheers for herself despite there not being any. The Hot Mess walks up the steps and across the apron posing on the ropes while demanding the referee to open them for her. The referee reluctantly obliges and Siobhan skips to the center of the ring, before pointing to herself and letting everyone know she deserves greatness. The spotlight and her music stop, but Siobhan is still all about herself as she waits for the match to start.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: And their opponent...

As En Route To Mayhem by Apocalyptica plays, the music rolling out over the room, from the back emerges Kira Brooks, determination in her steps as she moves down the ramp towards the ring. She pauses at the ring steps to look out over the fans in attendance and she throws her hands up into a signal for them, a big smile on her pretty face. She pauses to wipe her boots on the apron before ducking between the ropes, lingering a bit before moving on into the ring, her expression focused and eager as she waits for the match to begin.

The match starts slow as Kira, Dana, and Siobhan slowly circle the ring. They all trade shots, but The Behemoth seems to be the target for the bulk of the shots taken. Alans realizes this, catches Mahoney’s leg, and throws her at Brooks. Both women go down and Dana drops down for some ground and pound on Kira. Siobhan gets back on her feet and lands a stiff kick to the back of Dana. Siobhan presses the attack, but Dana muscles to her feet and lands a big forearm into the chest of Mahoney. The Hot Mess stumbles backward as Alans drives her into the corner with heavy-handed strikes. Brooks sees this and runs up with a big splash that sandwiches Siobhan and Dana alike. Kira hits a zig-zag on Dana, before popping back to her feet and hitting a hair pull snapmare driver out of the corner. She covers Siobhan, but Mahoney kicks out at 1.99. Kira continues to focus on Mahoney, but that seems to be a mistake as Dana double-hand chops her right on the back of Brooks. Dana spins Kira around and goes for a double-hand chokesl- KIRA BREAKS ALAN’S GRIP!!! Standing enziguri by Kira that staggers The Behemoth away… SNAKE EYES!!! Kira lifts Dana after a bit of struggle and drops her face-first onto the turnbuckles for the 1… 2… SIOBHAN WITH THE SAVE!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: YEA!!! SIOBHAN WITH THE SAVE!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: Kira with an impressive bit of strength there. Dana easily has about 50 pounds of straight muscle on Kira, but Kira is still able to lift her for the snake eyes!

K.T. ANDERSON: Yea, Yea. Really cool spot there, but there’s this woman I’m trying to make my future ex-wife over there!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: How do you get away with saying stupid stuff like that???

Siobhan and Kira begin to trade shots as soon as they get to their feet. Dana slowly gets to her feet, but Siobhan shoves Brooks away and hits an Eire Raide knee strike on the face of Alans. Dana falls back to the mat, but Siobhan doesn’t get a chance to take advantage of the situation at all. Kira comes in with a dropkick to the back of the head. Siobhan stumbles forward, and Kira hits a bulldog. Brooks is quick to lock in an Indian Deathlock and Mahoney is in trouble now. Stuck in the center, Siobhan has nowhere to go, burn she tries to crawl towards the ropes anyways. Kira wrenches back even more, trying to stop her opponent from making any more ground towards the ropes. Right when you think Siobhan might tap, Dana comes in with a big stomp onto Kira! Siobhan rolls out of the ring the moment her legs are freed from the Indian Deathlock. Kira gets to her feet and tries to outstrike Dana, but Dana is able to double Kira over and drill her back with massive hammerfists. At ringside, K.T. Anderson is doing everything he can to talk up Siobhan, but she’s too far away to listen to him. Back in the ring, Dana hits Kira Brooks with the old Ejecto Seato Cuz, before mowing her over with a HELLISH REBUKE!!! Brooks goes down HARD as Dana covers for the 1… 2… KICKOUT AND SIOBHAN BREAKS IT JUST IN CASE!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: DANA ALANS JUST CRUSHED KIRA, AND SOMEHOW SHE WAS ABLE TO KICK OUT!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: Dana nearly decapitated Kira, so it's a good thing Siobhan Mahoney was able to save her!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: Kira very obviously kicked out first.

K.T. ANDERSON: You're wrong, but whatever!

All three women find their way back to their feet after some time and are trading strikes. Dana starts knocking both women around, hitting a wicked elbow onto the top of Mahoney’s head. Siobhan goes down and Kira tries to take advantage… DEATH BRINGER!!! Kira is down and Dana goes for the win, but Siobhan breaks it up. Dana gets back to her feet and drills Siobhan with a series of strikes, but Siobhan is able to duck one haymaker, hit a superkick to the back of the knee to buckle The Aussiemoth, and drills her with BLARNEY STONED!!! The Hot Mess covers Dana, but Alans kick out at 2.99! Siobhan tries to get the jump on Kira, but Brooks is ready and they start to trade shots again. Siobhan goes for SHILLELAG- NO!!! Kira ducks it and hits a leaping lariat to take Siobhan off her feet. Kira goes to the corner and measures up Mahoney. KIRA RUNS UP AND DELIVERS A SHATTER ON SIOBHAN!!! She covers for the 1… 2… 3NO!!! Dana pulls Kira off of Siobhan. They begin to shove each other and trade strikes, but Dana gives Kira a shove into the ropes BEHEMOTH’S WRATH!!! Kira lands close to the ropes, so she rolls out of the ring for safety! Dana goes to cover Siobhan Mahoney, who is still out from the knee strike!!! 1… 2… SIOBHAN REVERSES IT INTO A CRUCIFIX PIN!!! 1… 2… 3!!!

VALENTINA LOVELACE: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN... THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH... VIA PINFALL... SIOBHAN MAHONEY!!!

Siobhan scrambles out of the ring as Dana looks up at the referee. He does confirm the 3 counts and Dana smacks the ring mat in frustration. Alans starts to yell angrily, as Siobhan runs throws her arm in the air as she makes her way up the ramp, wanting no part of the angry giantess and every part of the celebration. Kira comes to at ringside now and realizes that the match is over. She gets frustrated but decides to leave the ring area professionally.

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: Tough loss for Dana Alans right there. She was so close to winning this match, but a well-timed reversal steals it away from here.

K.T. ANDERSON: WELL-TIMED INDEED!!! You know, Siobhan gave me her phone number, I should probably hit her up.

DURING THE BREAK...
Brea was backstage brawling with a speed bag, as she was focusing on her title bout against Izzy Van Doren later that night, as she noticed a camera on her, as she stopped the bag and began to speak to the person recording her.

BREA LOMBARDI: "This is probably the biggest match in NVR, and I know a lot of people don't say I deserve it. To be honest, they might be right..."

She said with a bit of a more down to earth tone, as Brea would talk calmer than usual.

BREA LOMBARDI: "I know I haven't won a fight in NVR yet, even though I've been in matches where I've fought some of the biggest names and taken them to their limits. So, tonight, I'm taking on Izzy Van Doren, who in some circles is a legend for women in wrestling today... and currently, the NVR Women's Champion."

Brea said, nodding her head a bit, as she acknowledged the odds weren't in her favor, nor had anything in NVR so far.

BREA LOMBARDI: "Fact is, I respected Izzy as a pioneer of the sport, but, I know she thinks I'm just an easy defense for her. She has no respect for me, and that leaves me with only one solution... I'm going to get in that ring, march up to Izzy, and beat respect into her! And, if the good lord's willing, I'm taking that belt for my collection. Punk's dead, Izzy. But, the Metal will live on."

Brea said with a bit of a devilish smirk, as she was mentally prepared for her upcoming fight.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: Introducing the challenger…

The opening riffs of Leather Rebel play, as Brea struts out and posed on the top of the ramp. She flashed some devil horns and headbands briefly, before moving down the ramp and joining in with some fans, and climbs up the apron. She does a standing split, before rolling under the bottom rope and kipping up, before posing for the crowd as her theme fades.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: And the champion...

Izzy comes out of the curtain bumping to her music. She rips open her vest, throws her head back, and poses at the top of the ramp. She smiles and smirks with the fans chanting "Izzy, Izzy, Izzy". Upon reaching the threshold wear the ramp meets the ring mat, Izzy bites her lip, winks to the camera, and slides into the ring. She pops up to her feet and heads to the hard cam side of the ring. She slides her torso in between the top and middle rope. She smiles and throws her arms open forming the horns with her hands. Izzy's eyes widen and her smile looks a little more crazed. She pulls back and looks on at her opponent eager to get down.

The bell rings and both champion and challenger circle the ring. Izzy and Brea go for a tie-up, but Brea fakes it just to slap IVD in the face! Izzy looks down, scoffs a bit as she grabs her cheek, and then hits Lombardi with a receipt. Now it’s Brea that grabs her own face and she slaps Izzy again. This sparks a slap fight between the two and the fans are HERE for it! They continue until both of their faces are red and they both end up hitting really stiff punches at the end that sends them to the ground. Brea lunges to get on top of Izzy and successfully gets back control. Elbows to the back of the head puts the champion in danger, but Izzy is able to escape the back mount. Izzy turns around just in time to deliver a kick to the head of Lombardi. Brea stumbles and IVD goes to tackle her back to the mat. Izzy tries to deliver some payback elbows to the back of the head, but Brea is able to flip on her stomach and use her slightly longer arms to choke Izzy. IVD gets off of Brea, but Lombardi delivers a thumb spike to the face. Brea grabs a headlock and pulls Izzy into the corner. Brea leaps off for her Tornado of Souls DDT, BUT IZZY DUMPS HER OVER THE TOP ROPE!!! Brea reaches over the top rope to swipe at Izzy, but Izzy hot shots her. Izzy rebounds off the opposing ropes and delivers a hip attack that sends Brea off the apron. Izzy rebounds off the ropes and delivers SUICIDAL TENDENCIES DDT!!! Izzy throws Brea back into the ring and covers her… 1… 2… BREA THROWS AN ARM UP!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: INSANE MANEUVER BY THE WOMEN’S CHAMPION!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: I feel like I’m watching a fistfight from two women at a biker bar.

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: I don’t know what you mean by that, but I think I agree?

K.T. ANDERON: Oh, you agree, don’t worry.

Neither woman can keep the momentum long as they continue to brawl about the ring. Brea’s extra inch of reach seems to be giving her all the help she needs against the champion. Despite high-impact moves landing by Izzy, it’s the constant kicks and punches of Brea that keep Lombardi with the momentum. Brea delivers a series of strikes that stagger the champion, and she goes to finish Izzy off with a discus lariat, but Izzy is able to deflect the lariat with a pump kick to the arm. Uppercut by Izzy, and this opens Brea up for the close-quarter striking Izzy has been trying to get at. Lots of body shots as Izzy takes control. However, Brea is able to block one shit and spin Izzy around into a straight jacket hold. Lombardi spins her out and hits her with a ripcord knee strike. Izzy crumples to the ground as Lombardi hits a split-legged leg drop on Izzy for the cover. However, Izzy still kicks out at the 2.99 count. Brea gets back to her feet and drills Izzy with a Powerslide Lari-NO!!! Izzy rolls out of the way just in time. Izzy is slow to get to her feet but catches Brea again with a shot to the gut as Brea gets close. Brea is doubled over and Izzy cracks her with the classic combo of KICK AND SNARE!!! Izzy throws Brea to the outside and hits the ropes for a STAGE DI- NO!!! NOBODY IS HOME!!! Izzy crashes hard on the outside floor. Brea slides into the ring and hits the ropes herself for a STAGE DIVE!!! Step up barrel roll plancha onto the NVR Women’s Champion. She slides Izzy back into the ring 1… 2… 3NO!!! IZZY GETS THE ARM UP AT 2.99!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: JESUS CHRIST THESE TWO DDT THE SAME AND MAKE DIVES THE SAME???

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: They’re both great wrestlers with similar styles. It’s not surprising that they might have some of the same moves.

K.T. ANDERSON: It really is like 2 different styles of rock are fighting right now!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: I thought you said it was like a brawl in a biker bar. How many metaphors are you going to use???

Brea has really kicked it into a real brutal gear now. She has Izzy in the corner and she’s just chopping and elbowing Izzy into oblivion. Lombardi lifts IVD onto the top rope and climbs with her. She drills more elbows into the back of the head Izzy, before shoving Izzy’s head between her legs, hooks her arms, AND HITS A PEPSI PLUNGE!!! A quick spin around and Brea pins the champion once again 1… 2… IZZY GRABS THE ROPES!!! Brea can’t believe it. She delivers the Powerslide Lariat to Izzy and covers again, but still just a 2 count. Brea calls for the end here as she goes to the top rope. She waits for Izzy to get to her knees and yells out “MOSH ROOM STOMP”, before jumping off with the diving double footsto- IZZY COUNTERS!!! She steps to the side and grabs Brea’s arm as she comes down. Izzy quickly drags Brea and locks in the Coral Fang right in the center of the ring! Brea screams but refuses to tap. Lombardi starts to wiggle and uses her long legs to drag herself to the ropes. Izzy releases her grip on the head of Brea to deliver some elbows to the head of Brea and TRANSITIONS TO BLOODY FANG!!! The mandible claw/Rings of Saturn combo appears to be too much for Lombardi. That downward pressure on the mandibular nerve makes Brea nearly pass out from the pain. Brea throws a leg at the ropes one more time in a last-ditch effort, but it’s too far away and she has no choice but to tap!!!

VALENTINA LOVELACE: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN... THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH... VIA SUBMISSION... AND STILL NVR WOMEN’S CHAMPION… IZZY VAN DOREN!!!

Izzy releases the hold and stumbles to her feet. Steph the Ref raises her hand, as Izzy celebrates another successful defense of her Women’s Championship. Brea grabs at her jaw as she slowly gets to her feet. As the fans think they’re about to see yet ANOTHER post-match brawl, Brea and Izzy shake hands. Brea tells Izzy she isn’t done with her, and Izzy tells her that she’s ready whenever she wants to run it back. The fans cheer for the show of sportsmanship.

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: What a fight between these two! I’m with Brea, I hope they aren’t done here!

K.T. ANDERSON: They did this match already in another company. Just go watch that, you big Boomer.

The lights dim inside of the arena as "Hey Mama" begins to play and Daya Matias steps out from behind the curtains. She stands at the top of the ramp, hands on her hips, and a big smile on her face as she takes in the cheers from the crowd. Daya is dressed in her ring gear, a bold mixture of her favorite colors of red and gold, along with a flower crown resting at the top of her dark raven black hair. Daya begins to make her way down the ramp, slapping hands with some of the fans along the way, before she jumps up onto the ring apron with a flourish followed by the sounds of her laughter echoing throughout the arena. As Daya steps foot inside of the ring, the lights come back on, and the music begins to fade out as she prepares to referee the upcoming match.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: Now introducing...

The Game by Alyssa Reid begins to play in the arena and we see Mimi’s name flash on the screen. She darts out of the back in a pair of dark denim jeans with a loose hanging NVR shirt one size too big for her. Mimi gives the crowd a few nods and peels off the covering on her shirt that turns it from a standard NVR shirt into a “Mimi's NVR House” shirt before she walks down to the ring with her arms behind her back, skipping once she’s halfway down the ramp and ends with a perfect slide into the ring. Once she’s on her feet Mimi gives a little twirl to a pose where her feet are a shoulder's length apart and her hands flat out with a complimenting smirk to say "Come on".

VALENTINA LOVELACE: And her opponent...

Nobody walks out for a few minutes, but suddenly the lights go out...

“CORAZON NEGRO”

"Cinco de Mayhem" by the Bleeding Fingers begins to play as black, purple, and gold strobe lights shine all over the arena as out walks the masked man, Corazon Negro! He is wearing the mask that has been seen all over NVR for the past couple of months. He walks slowly and eerily down to the ring, staring his opponent down. Corazon Negro slides to the ring and poses in the ring before he turns and faces his opponent.

The match starts as Daya signals for the bell. Mimi circles the ring, but Corazon stays right where he is. Mimi cautiously closes in on her opponent and tries to tie up, but Corazon hits a big boot to the gut. Mimi doubles over as Corazon hits a DDT and quickly floats over to a mount. He shoves his fingers into the eyes of Mimi and Daya is quick to put a stop to it. Corazon gets off of Mimi but ignores Daya’s further commands as he grabs Mimi by the hair. He drags her over to the corner and begins to strike Smith with a series of chops. He starts to drive his forearm into the throat of Mimi, and again Daya pulls him out of the corner and chastises Corazon. The Black Heart doesn’t take too kindly to this, so he gets into the face of the special guest referee. Daya tells him to just wrestle normal like he used to, but Corazon says he’s always been Corazon and shoves Daya away. He turns around INTO A CHA-CHIN STUNNER!!! Mimi rolls him up for the 1… 2… Corazon kicks out. Mimi tries to grapple with him, but CN is too quick and moves away from her. Corazon whips her into the ropes and Mimi ducks a leg lariat by CN, just for him to leap backward and throw a wild back elbow out. He catches Mimi right on the chin as she goes down. Mimi tries to get back to her feet, but Corazon rolls her up in La Magistral!!! 1… 2… MIMI KICKS OUT!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: Daya’s getting WAAAAYYYY too involved in this match already.

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: She’s only doing what a normal referee would do.

K.T. ANDERSON: EXACTLY!!! Referees are annoying intrusive idiots. I hate them too.

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: Are you ever not an over-the-top asshole?

Corazon continues to attack Mimi, as he hits a standing donkey kick to the side of her head. He grabs her by the hair once more, but before Daya can say anything, he quickly drops down in a guillotine. Mimi scrambles, stepping her feet as fast as she can to try and move the position of the hold and possibly get to the ropes. Corazon squeezes even hard, and Mimi almost gets him stacked up for a pin, but he’s able to use his body scissors to stop her. Finally, Mimi is able to get her legs onto the bottom rope and angle Corazon onto his shoulders. At first, Daya counts a 2 count but realizes Mimi is on the ropes and quickly begins to break Corazon’s hold due to a rope break. Corazon gets back to his feet in a huff as Mimi struggles to use the ropes to get to her feet. Corazon lunges at Mimi, but Mimi surprises him with a Pick N Mix series of strikes. She ends it with a savate kick, before throwing Corazon onto the middle rope. Mimi goes to the nearest corner, ignores Daya telling her to get down, mimics taking a selfie on the top rope, and leaps for an AVALANCHE FOR MY FOLLO- NO!!! Corazon moves out of the way and Mimi falls knee first onto the apron. Mimi collapses onto the ringside floor and Corazon decides to hit the ropes, looking for a TOPE SUICI- SHINY TEETH NO MORE!!! Mimi miraculously lands her jumping roundhouse on Corazon Negro as he flies through the ropes. She picks him up and rolls him into the ring. She mimics taking another selfie and this time successfully lands the For My Followers knee drop for the 1… 2… CORAZON KICKS OUT!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: Mimi was bound and determined to land that knee drop and it paid off!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: Did it though? Because seemed to me like Corazon Negro kicked out.

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: Yes, but now Mimi has the advantage in the match and is on the offensive.

K.T. ANDERSON: If you think that’s a payoff, I gotta assume that you SUCK with money.

Mimi takes zero time from the kick out to mess around as she mounts Corazon and delivers a series of Hellbows that seem almost too vicious for Mimi Smith. She drills so many elbows into the face of The Black Heart, a hole in the mask is created. You can ALMOST see Diego’s face underneath, but blood quickly fills that tear, and Daya has no choice but to pull Mimi off. Daya checks Corazon’s facial injury, and realizes he’s not really responding so she goes to call for the be- CORAZON NEGRO GRABS DAYA’S ARM!!! He tells her he isn’t done yet. Mimi shakes her head and drags him into the corner and delivers more elbows to the head as she reaches her High Score! She grabs his arm and pulls him in for Get Over Here! Mimi goes to the corner and begins to clap. The crowd claps with her, as Mimi sees her moment and charges at Corazo- SPEAR!!! Corazon Negro halts all of Mimi’s momentum with a massive spear that flips both of them over. Corazon spits blood up onto the mat as he gets to his feet. He taunts Daya, saying she’s about to watch her friend die, as he stumbles to the corner. Climbing to the top, despite Daya telling him to get down. He leaps off for the Tribute to the Ki-KNEE UP!!! Mimi gets her knees up and pulls him in for a modified small package… 1… 2… CORAZON KICKS OUT!!! Mimi gets to her feet and Mimi goes for a Mimisis of his Sin Amor finisher, BUT HE SCOUTS IT!!! He keeps her on his shoulder and quickly counters it INTO CORAZON ROTO!!! He covers Mimi as Daya reluctantly counts 1… 2… 3!!!

VALENTINA LOVELACE: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN... THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH... VIA PINFALL... CORAZON NEGRO!!!

Corazon’s eyes don’t leave Daya’s until she raises his hand. Corazon takes a couple of extra stomps on Mimi’s head, but Daya shoves Corazon and threatens to kick his ass if he doesn’t leave now. Corazon scoffs but leaves anyways with his arms raised. Daya helps her tag team partner up to her feet, and she checks to make sure Mimi is okay. A bit bruised and bummed, but Mimi is okay. Even though she lost, Daya still raises her friend’s arm. The crowd pops for this as the two members of Double Trouble embrace inside the ring.

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: Poor Mimi. She put up a great fight, but Corazon walks away with the win here tonight!

K.T. ANDERSON: POOR MIMI??? How about FUCK YEA CORAZON!!! He’s finally got control of his career AND I FUCKING LOVE IT!!!

DURING THE BREAK...
Riley Savell and Jessica Anderson are sitting comfortably backstage in their dressing room, which was provided by Natalie Dalton herself. The pair are sitting in lounge chairs in the room with their NVR Tag Team Championships draped over them. Clearly they enjoying some quick R&R before their match. Two interns are waiting on them hand and foot, so they don't even realize the camera crew enters the room. One of the interns makes the mistake of disrupting Riley's music to let her know that they're there, and Riley quickly nudges Jessica to get her attention so they can address the camera.

RILEY SAVELL: You know, it’s almost not fair that we have to face these two teams like this. We are the Headline Champions of this company, but here we are facing two teams that aren't on our level.

Jess joins in.

JESSICA ANDERSON: At the end of the day, we may be called The Worlds Most Okayish Tag Team, but we are the longest-reigning current champions in this company right now. Riley and I understand NVR is struggling to find talent to face us because we just plow through everyone else, but it isn't our fault we have proven to be absolutely dominant together. Together we are unstoppable and nobody has any chance to beat us.

Riley and Jess both laugh as Riley adds on to the conversation

RILEY SAVELL: We are more than capable of disposing of these two subversive, subpar teams. Either team may think they have some sort of momentum behind them, but we've beaten every other team in this company and we’re looking past the #RicHoez and Indy Darlings. We are the forever champions in this division and nobody is going to stop us.

JESSICA ANDERSON: We could pretend to take the high road and be nice girls, but what has that ever brought anyone? We used to play the game NVR wanted us to play, and we got nowhere. We started playing our way, won the titles, and now we are six months into our reign, so if you think these two teams of nobodies are going to take our titles away, you're crazy!

Riley chimes in with a nod.

RILEY SAVELL: Jess and I are well on our way to break all the tag team and all-time championship records.

JESSICA ANDERSON: I guess then we will REALLY have to change our team name then, huh?

They laugh and clink glasses together as the scene fades away.

Money by Cardi B begins to play and The RicHoez comes out from backstage. They stand at the top of the ramp and turn around with their arms extended out. They then make their way down the ramp laughing at and making fun of the audience members in the front row. Once at the ring, they roll under the bottom rope and twerk in the ring as their music fades out.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: And the next team...

The opening of Perfect strangers begins to play as two spotlights shine on the stage, showing two silhouettes in each. The two walk toward each other, right when the song bursts to light and bright gold and white lights flash around the arena as they kiss. The lights reveal the Indy Darlings, Rivers King & Isabelle Valentine, as they continue to embrace each other and look at the camera. Rivers spins his girl out, so that she's standing by his side, and they walk down to the ring. They don't let the fans touch them, but they pretend the fans are talking about them as they head towards the ring. Rivers lips Isabelle onto the apron, where she kicks one long leg out onto his shoulder. They pose at ringside before Belle spins into the ring, and Rivers follows her. In the center of the ring, Rivers stands over Isabelle, as they pose one last time before their music starts.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: Finally the champions...

The bright white lights from above slowly begin to dim throughout the building. The sounds of “Control” by Halsey begin playing over the speakers as other light sources begin to pulsate in rhythm with the opening tones. A bright white light shines from the entranceway as it begins to fill with smoke until a silhouette of a woman is seen standing on the other side.

“They send me away to find them a fortune

Slowly walking out from the back, Riley Savell steps out into the open as a spotlight shines down onto her, not dressed up for the gimmick whatsoever. Stopping at the top of the ramp, she looks over the arena, slowly turning her head from left to right, taking in the scenery of the atmosphere for tonight’s event. She pauses as "I Wish" by Cher Lloyd feat T.I. hits the speakers, and a few seconds later Jessica Anderson emerges from the curtain, dressed in a Ditto version of Riley (or is Riley the Ditto and Jessica not participating? Who knows?). She stands with her feet roughly a shoulders width apart and raises her right index finger into the air. At the top of her lungs, she screams out aggressively to let everyone know just how good she and Riley Savell are.

Surprising to some, Riley and Jess allow the #RicHoez and Indy Darlings to start the match. Jamie-Lynn and Isabelle start things off, as they lock up in the center. Belle starts to take the match to a technical standpoint, but JL is quick to slip out of any tie-ups and goes for a bit more… showy approach. She baits Belle in by twerking and seeming to be not taking the match seriously, just for Isabelle to open herself up for a big forearm to the face. Jamie drops her with a sit-out facebuster and instantly goes for a pin, but Isabelle kicks out at 1.56. Jamie tries to quickly lock in a cross-arm breaker, but Valentine is able to stack up JL for a 1.56 count herself. They both get to their feet, and Jamie goes for a big roundhouse, but Belle ducks it and hits a big german suplex to send Dople over to the Indy Darling corner. Belle tags in her husband, and he quickly picks Jamie up in an electric chair. Belle climbs to the top rope… SKYNET!!! Belle delivers a flying knee that knocks Dople off the shoulders of Rivers and he quickly drops down onto Jamie for a 1… 2… Lyndsy breaks the count!!! Belle comes up and hits a superkick to the leg of LJ. Jamie tries to get to her feet, but Rivers does the same thing. Together, Rivers and Isabelle hit synchronized yakuza kicks and cover the #RicHoez… 1… 2… THE CHAMPIONS BREAK IT UP THIS TIME!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: Why would the champions not start this match? That seems silly.

K.T. ANDERSON: These two are the most talented, intelligent, marketable, attractive, and amazing women in this division, company, and industry. It’s a pure power move to show how good they are!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: Except they can now lose their titles without being involved because they’re stuck on the apron...

K.T. ANDERSON: WELL THAT’S NOT FUCKING GOOD!!!

Realizing they may have made a mistake earlier, Jessica and Riley do everything they can to prevent pinfalls and submission until they can get tagged back into the ring. Riley finally gets the tag she’s looking for, as Lyndsy James has Belle knocked out, but Jamie-Lyn is still down at ringside. Riley begins to attack Belle from behind, drilling her with a series of elbows to the back of the head and the neck. Belle tries to get away, but Savell’s MMA-Savvy style prevents Valentine from getting anywhere in the match. She drags Belle over to her corner and tags in Jessica Anderson. Savell pulls Valentine to her feet, and they hit their MONEYMAKER!!! The German suplex into the turnbuckles followed by a running hip attack. Jessica tries to pin, but Rivers and the Doples stop the count before it can ever really break 1. All three teams are in the match now brawling it up like everyone in a classic triple threat does. Savell superkicks LJ, JL hits bicycle knee on Belle, and Rivers hits a lariat on Jessica. This is when the three wrestlers still standing to realize none of them are the legal combatants, so they each drag someone who isn’t on their team. Rivers pulls the unlucky straw LJ in this case as Riley and Jamie tag in with Jessica and Belle, respectively. Luckily, Lyndsy isn’t that knocked out, so they’re able to catch Savell with a double superkick. They follow that up with HO-ETRY IN MOTION!!! K.T. ANDERSON: OH MY GOD THEY ALMOST STOLE THE NVR TAG TEAM TITLES!!! THAT’S NOT SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: Riley Savell comes in clutch with the kick-out save!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: I’m going to vomit if they ever lose their titles tonight to one of these teams.

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: Well, then I guess it’s a good thing we have these little trash cans by us then, huh?

A few more tags and a few more pinfalls broken, and we find ourselves with Belle and Jamie, just like in the beginning. Jamie is delivering some stiff shots to Valentine in the center of the ring. As Belle is staggered, JL hits the ropes and delivers a Rear-View, but Belle doesn’t go down, she just goes careening into a corner. Riley Savell happens to be in this corner and makes a blind tag, before shoving Belle into Jamie, making them have a meeting of the minds. Savell throws Belle to the outside and hits a chopblock on Jamie and hits a SAVELL STOMP!!! Savell goes for the pin 1… 2… LJ MAKES THE SAVE!!! She drags Riley over to their corner, and Jamie is barely able to make a tag. After a moment of choking Riley in the corner so JL can catch her breath, #RicHoez decides to do some quick tag springboard foot stomps. Eventually, Riley is able to scout this, however, and times the right moment to roll out of the corner, making Lyndsy Dople crash into the turnbuckles. Riley is able to throw LJ shoulder first into JL, making her go flying off the apron and crumble to the floor. Riley hits a superkick on Lyndsy and quickly runs over to tag her partner into the match. Jessica whips Lyndsy-James into the corner and delivers an Ass Kisser. The moment she does, Rivers pops up in the corner and tags himself in. However, Riley grabs his leg and pulls him down almost simultaneously, so it causes a bit of confusion. They start to brawl as Belle and Jamie-Lynn join in at ringside. Jess decides to pop Lyndsy up to the top rope. She climbs up with her AND A SUPERPLEX ONTO THE REST OF THE OPPONENTS!!! Everyone is laid out, so Jess forces herself to her feet. She rolls LJ into the ring and delivers a BONNE NUIT!!! 1… 2… 3!!!

VALENTINA LOVELACE: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN... THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH... VIA PINFALL...AND STILL NVR TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS… JESSICA ANDERSON & RILEY SAVELL… THE WORLD’S MOST OKAY TAG TEAM!!!

Jessica and Riley roll into the ring and are handed their titles. They raise their championships high in the air. Suddenly, Rivers and he starts yelling. Riley and Jess decide to bounce and celebrate their win elsewhere, but Rivers keeps yelling at them. He begins to berate the referee because HE was the legal person in the match, not Jessica. Steph the Ref realizes her mistake, but the match is over and the champions have already left. Rivers is irate and Belle joins in on his anger, and rightfully so. They scream to the long-gone champions that they want a rematch because they never should have won in the first place.

K.T. ANDERSON: I AM SO TORN!!! I LOVE RILEY AND JESS, BUT I CAN’T DISAGREE WITH MY GUY RIVERS EITHER!!! UUUUUUGGGGGHHHHH!!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: An oversight by the referee allows the Champions to retain, but you have to assume something is going to be done about this mistake.

A scene in the hallway of Studio Merlot starts to fade in on a phone conversation. The fans get a steady POP happening as they see Lash Donohue, all suited up for the main event, pacing back and forth as he talks away on the phone.

LASH DONOHUE: It's like I was saying on social media, yo. Tapp and his seemingly endless need to do the absolute needless and then jerk himself off about it is nothing short of astounding..

Lash turns around to face the Tron cam and grins, throwing up his trademark taunt and beckoning for the Napa valley crowd to step up the volume.

LASH DONOHUE: Aight. Ya hear that? I gotta go, man. I have a bunch of people in my house all of a sudden, and these crazy bastards need to be supervised! Ciao!

Lash hangs up and turns back to face the crowd watching on the screen. He shakes his head slowly as his brow furrows.

LASH DONOHUE: I've fuckin' had enough of this, y'all!

He gets a confused response as he semi-aggressively paces once more.

LASH DONOHUE: No more are we gonna be this flimsy, NVR! We no longer bend so damn easily. We really fucked this up, yo. It's time to do our bit to unfuck it. Time for some goddamn solidarity! I for one, am no longer gonna allow some of the most important prizes in the industry hinge on the antics of ONE son of a bitch!

A growl builds up in Lash's throat as he quits his pacing, and he manages to suppress it.

LASH DONOHUE: Everything that is going on in the World and R!ZE title scenes in NVR is a bunch of bullshit right now! I've made up my mind how I'ma do this, but with every great plan comes some form of sacrifice. This one is no exception..

Lash takes a deep breath before addressing his two opponents

LASH DONOHUE: Yo, Juliana. Karen. Both of you, one way or another, have proven to be great and capable champions. However, you have both also proven to make foolish mistakes such as letting pride and personal glory stand in your way and get the better of you.

A mixed response rises up through the crowd..

LASH DONOHUE: Not me, however. I'ma kill two birds with one stone right here. Not only am I gonna go ahead and realize that wild boyhood dream, but as your NVR World champion, I have the power to make all of the reforms I'm talking about happen! Willow? DiMaria? I'm sorry, yo. What's gotta be has gotta be. Y'all are the sacrifices I'm talking about. I'ma see you out there!

With that, Lash turns around and starts making his way to the hallway leading to gorilla position, an excitable yet somewhat bewildered crowd making a lot of noise as the scene fades.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: Introducing first...

The arena plunges into darkness apart from a shimmering red strobe on the stage which moves in tune to the beat, there is a sudden explosion of fiery pyro, and Lash gets a warm reaction as he leaps out from the backstage area at the same time. Lash Donohue strides down the ramp confidently, his arms stretched out, slapping the hands which reach out to him. The fans get a lot more enthusiastic as Lash leaps up onto the barricade and shows off his agility. Lash reaches the end of the barricade wall and looks around, giving a somewhat cocky smirk as several flashbulbs go off while he leaps from the Wall to the ring apron, strikes his trademark pose, and 'skins the cat'. Lash Donohue ascends to the top rope and gestures for the crowd to get louder before jumping down and awaiting his opponent.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: And their opponent…

“Deal with the Devil” hits the speakers as Julianna DiMaria appears on the stage, greeted by some boos from the fans in attendance. She ignores them and heads down to the ring with a confident, focused look on her face. Once she heads inside the ring, she cracks her knuckles, indicating she's ready to fight, and afterward does the "talk to the hand" gesture toward all the fans that are booing her, displaying another touch of arrogance to get the fans against her even more. She heads to her corner and scoffs at the reaction she's getting as the song fades and she waits for what's coming next.

“All The Thing She Said” by Poppy plays and the arena lights flicker between pink and darkness while thick smoke fills the stage. As the beat kicks in, Karen Willow steps through the curtain - illuminated by a single spotlight - as she surveys the fans with narrowed eyes. The corners of her mouth slowly curl upwards before Karen saunters down the ramp. As she gets to ringside, Karen climbs through the ropes and paces around the ring like a caged animal, never taking her eyes off the opponent as the music fades out.

The three competitors look up at the championship hanging above their heads. Karen looks at what she should have never lost. Julianna looks at what she has had in other companies. Lash looks at what he has never been able to hold. Once the stakes have set in for these three, they look at their opponents and circle the ring. Julianna and Karen go in for a triple lock-up, but Lash goes the other way and slides under the bottom rope. He reaches for a ladder but gets blasted in the face by a baseball slide from Julianna, and crushed with a slingshot plancha by Karen. An unspoken alliance has been made at this moment between Julianna and Karen, as they both target Lash. Julianna hits him with a series of elbows, but Karen spins him around… WOLF CLAW!!! Karen rakes his face and Lash stumbles into a jawbreaker from Julianna. Donohue drapes himself onto the barricade, but Karen and Julianna aren’t done with him. They lift him onto a weird, double fireman’s carry where Julianna and Karen’s backs are towards each other. They take a deep breath BEFORE THROWING LASH OVER THE BARRICADE!!! This is the end of the Anti-Lash alliance, as Julianna and Karen quickly turn on each other. They trade blows, and the former Women’s Champion tries for a brainbuster, but Karen is able to slip over to DiMaria’s back and slam her down with a big German suplex to the outside. Karen grabs the ladder Lash was trying to get and throws it into the ring. Willow tries to get into the ring, but Julianna grabs her by the pants and pulls her back out. Viciously stiff shots are traded as neither woman wants to let the other into the ring to set the ladder up and get a chance at grabbing the title. Karen stuns Julianna with a tit punch and goes for KarenCantRa- JULIANNA WITH A QUICK ELECTRIC CHAIR INTO THE APRON!!! Willow goes down and Julianna rushes into the ring. She sets the ladder up and makes the climb to the top. Before her fingers can touch gold, though, Lash comes from nowhere and SHOVES THE LADDER OVER!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: IT MEANS TAPP AS CHAMPION IS STILL REAL TO ME DAMMIT!!!

Lash tries to set up a ladder, but Karen comes in with a ladder of her own and smashes him in the back. She tries for a Spirit Bomb, but Lash is able to break out of the half and half set up. Lash goes for his STO that he usually uses to go into a hanging surfboard, but Karen just shoves him away! Karen goes for a Bloody Sauce AND IT LANDS!!! She tries to follow up with Mina’s Bless- MODIFIED 3-9 KNEES!!! Lash pops up and catches Willow with a Leaping Meteora!!! Lash goes to the two ladders in the ring and brings them to the corner. He opens one ladder up on its side and lays the other one on top of it. He grabs Karen and throws her into the corner. He lifts her to the top turnbuckle and climbs up with her, hooking her head for a superplex. Before he can throw the former World Champion onto the ladders set up in the corner, Julianna shows up and hits him in the back. They both lock up, grabbing hands full of their hair and drilling elbows into the face of the other. Karen comes too as her opponents are brawling in front of her. Karen screams “FUCK IT” and leaps out onto the ladders, THE LADDER SMACK JULIANNA AND LASH IN THE FACE!!! Lash’s face EXPLODES WITH BLOOD as he takes the brunt of the strike as Julianna drops to her knees… PU’AR SAYS HI!!! Stiff kick takes Julianna out and Karen starts to set up the ladder in the center of the ring and climbs up to the top. It takes her a while, as her back is killing her from the ladder splash, but she makes it to the top. She fiddles with the championship, trying to get it down, but Julianna climbs up and punches Karen in the gut!!! Julianna and Karen's trade strikes at the top of the ring. With every shot, the two women nearly fall off the top of the ladder. Karen goes for a Wolf Cla- JULIANNA BLOCKS IT!!! She smashes Karen’s head on the top rung of the ladder and quickly hooks her up for a SWINGING NECK BREAKER OFF THE TOP OF THE LADDER!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: KAREN WILLOW MIGHT HAVE BROKEN LASH’S FACE!!! I FINALLY HAVE SOMEONE TO ROOT FOR IN THIS MATCH!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: JULIANNA JUST SACRIFICED HERSELF TO STOP KAREN FROM WINNING THE BELT!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: SOME CRAZY SHIT IS HAPPENING IN THIS MATCH!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: OF COURSE THERE IS, THE STAKES OF THIS MATCH DEMANDS IT!!!

Julianna can barely even get to her feet before Lash makes his way back into the ring with a big gash on his face. He brings another ladder into the ring and cracks Julianna in the face. He grabs her by the pants and throws her through the ropes to the outside. Lash quickly leans the ladder on the ropes He hits the ropes behind and USES THE LADDER AS A RAMP TO DIVE ON JULIANNA!!! He gets back to his feet, running purely on Adrenaline, and slides back into the ring before dumping the ladder to the outside and onto Julianna. Lash grabs Karen Willow and they trade a few shots, but Lash hits a big knee to the gut that doubles her over. He throws Willow into the corner and calls out to the crowd as he goes for his CANNONBALL SENTO-NO!!! Karen rolls out of the way and Lash gets caught in the Tree of Woe! Karen grabs a ladder and slams it onto Lash’s knees! Julianna slides back into the ring and goes for a big discus elbow, but Karen ducks it and catches her… KABOOM SUPLEX ONTO THE LADDER!!! The ladder bounces from the force, hurting Lash’s legs even more as he falls to the mat head first. Karen sets up a ladder in the center of the ring and then sets the Lash-Killer Ladder between the middle rope and some of the bottom rungs of the ladder for stability. There’s nobody to stop her as she climbs to the top. Karen has the title in her grasp, ready to join Izzy Van Doren in the 2x World Champion club… BUT THE LIGHTS GO OUT!!! After a moment the lights come back on AND CORAZON NEGRO IS ON TOP OF THE LADDER!!! DOUBLE FOOT STOMP BY CORAZON NEGRO THROUGH THE STABILIZING LADDER!!! Negro rolls out of the ring as Karen lays in the debris of the broken ladder. At the same time, Lash begins to get to his feet as he uses the ladder for help. Julianna whistles at Lash as he turns around… THE SCOURGE FOREAR- LASH SHOVES THE LADDER INTO JULIANN’S FACE!!! Julianna crumbles to the mat as Lash steads the ladder once more. His face is completely masked in crimson as he climbs to the top of the ladder and PULLS DOWN THE TITLE!!!

VALENTINA LOVELACE: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN... THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH... AND NEW NVR WORLD CHAMPION... LASH DONOHUE!!!

A mixed reaction for sure, but Lash doesn’t care. He presses his ridiculously bloody face onto the title. Julianna and Karen lay completely exhausted and unconscious at ringside as Lash nearly falls off the ladder himself. He hugs the title, which has a bloody faceprint on it now, as Jeff the Ref comes into the ring and raises the new champion’s hand. As soon as Lash drops his arm, he drops entirely as blood loss and exhaustion sets in. He does his best to raise his title one last time, even though he’s laying on his back, and a sea of trainers and medics come down to check on all of the competitors!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: THE BOYHOOD DREAM OF LASH DONOHUE HAS COME TRUE!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: Fuck this company, man. Nobody wanted this. Tapp is our REAL Champion, Karen got robbed, and Julianna has gone through enough. This is trash and so is Lash!!!
