BIOGRAPHY - After 13 years of Face Paint and Death Matches, Edgar Malcovich has shed the Eddy Poe persona, and is now fighting by his birth name in order to truly be himself. Born In Detroit to a part time prostitute as a result of her profession, Ed grew up fatherless in one of the most crime ridden cities on the planet. Exposed to meth at only 15, Eddy dropped out of school and lived on the streets as an addict. One day, he was kidnapped and then subsequently sold by his dealer, ending up homeless and alone in Japan. For 2 years he continued committing crimes, doing drugs, and whatever he needed to survive. At 17 he and his at the time girlfriend suffered simultaneous overdoses in a back alley in Tokyo, leading to her death. Eddy woke up in The Zombie Dojo, his life having been saved by Legendary Wrestler "The Tokyo Zombie". Tokyo and The Zombie Clan would sober Eddy and train him into The Detroit Zombie, which is the name he used to fight in the Underground of Japan for 10 years. On the occasion of his 27th birthday he met Johnny Vachon and Dona Rotten in a bar, and after hearing his story they invited him to join the now legendary wrestling faction "The Filth Parade" of which he has been a member ever since. Some months later, a man in SWAT gear began viciously attacking The Filth Parade members around the same time Eddy discovered his estranged daughter, Nami. Eddy challenged the SWAT man to a match, but fell into a trap where The SWAT man attempted to kill Eddy with C4 Explosives. The SWAT man (Later revealed to be Johnny Vachon) had unintentionally inspired Eddy Poe to become "The Slasher" a wicked fiend inspired by classic horror iconography, who he would be for the next 2 years. At Yamashi Violence Dream 2, after a long string of losses, Eddy failed to capture the AfterDark Championship from Amira Kassouri, and announced "The Retirement of Eddy Poe". That Monday he would later attack Amira, and reveal his new self. "Ed Malcovich", using his birth name from this point forward. Ed Malcovich is now a nomadic purveyor of hard MMA style and Ultra Violence wherever he goes, a veteran of the ring finally getting to show his talents on the most watched stage in Wrestling Today, as a permanent part of the 4CW roster.
ENTRANCE MUSIC - "DEVIL" by Shinedown
ENTRANCE DESCRIPTION - The Sudden Blare of Guitar shreds through the air as the opening chords to "DEVIL by Shinedown", and when the song kicks into gear Edgar Malcovich enters the arena in his wrestling gear, plus a sleeveless pullover hoodie.
VALENTINA LOVELACE: "From Detroit Michigan, weighing in at 243lbs, he is 'The Man Behind The Mask" Edgar… MALCOVICH!"
Eddy walks on the stage, a kendo stick and a bottle of beer in hand, and then begins to walk down to the ring. He interacts with a fan, high fiving and giving fist bumps out, standing up on the barricade and posing infront of the crowd as he raised the kendo stick and the beer. He circles the ring like a hungry predator before sliding in and running over to the ropes. He dead stops at the ropes and pulls down his hood, slitting his throat with his thumb while leaning against the top rope.
