This Award is given to the any wrestler that made the most of their time in NVR Wrestling throughout the year. This may not necessarily mean they had a title reign or won a specialty/tournament, but that they were able to utilize their spot on the roster to build a following that they did not have the year before. This differs from the Male and Female Star of the Year awards, because this individual was able to create a locker room leader roll, viewed as the hardest working, and/or continued their breakout/improvements from the year before. The nominees are made by the entire NVR Wrestling roster, and voted on by the fans on twitter.
