IN RING...

The crowd is electric for what is quite possibly the biggest show in NVR History. The camera sweeps around NVR's Studio Merlot as we have our first home show since July 2021. NVR signs are all over, most are excited for the "notta" return of PLC members Tapp Wrestling and Danny MacNamara, but a good amount is excited for other names like Kira Brooks, Dani Davies, and oddly enough No Homie. The fans are excited to start things off with the R!ZE Championship match when suddenly " Nug So Vile " by Cannabis Corpse begins to play. The fans are confused, as that song is neither Dax nor RaptoЯ's music. When the first verse hits, JD Driftwood bursts from the curtain. He waves his arms trying to get the fans hyped, before standing at center stage and banging his head. He walks down to the ring and grabs a microphone from a ring hand before rolling in the ring.

JD DRIFTWOOD: Nah, Nah. cut me music. stop the fucking cheering.

The music stops and JD spits in the ring.

JD DRIFTWOOD: How the fuck this the biggest show in NVR, and JD Fucking Driftwood isn't on the fucking card? Everyone else got a match?

He sneers in the ring as the fans start to buzz with boos. JD doesn't care though as he continues on.

JD DRIFTWOOD: If the other people doing the Yamashi show later this month were off the card, I'd get it, but all these other dumb motherfuckers are on the show, so why not me? Why not JD Driftwood? Is it because I don't tweet as much? Is it because I don't wear sexy little corsets in cosplay thirst traps? Or is it because everyone is too afraid to get their ass beat by a real fucking man, and not some clown or dinosaur or whatever the fuck they have on this show this month?

More boos, but JD just eats it up because he feels like it proves his point.

JD DRIFTWOOD: It doesn't matter the reason, because I'm not missing this fucking show. I know bossman isn't here tonight. I know that if you just bully the little Twitter goblin dude enough you get a match, so I figured I'd just walk out here and open it up to anyone. It could be the chick at catering, it could be a road agent, the Twitter goblin, a fan, or a fucking hobo from outside. I don't really care. Someone get out here and let me beat your ass!!!

JD flips the microphone and looks out to the entrance awaiting whoever may come out. Since everyone else is booked, you really can't expect anyone to come out, but then "Crack My Spine Like A Whip" By The Tragically Hip hits as the cameras begin searching the arena for "Ol' Onionpocket".

Finally, a commotion in the crowd catches the camera's eye as the fans partway for Chiseltooth himself. He is stumbling towards the ring, yelling and snorting towards the crowd. He grabs random cups of beer from the crowd and chugs them to the disgust of the fans. He finally makes his way to the guardrail as he pushes a chair over to crawl over the rail and fall to the floor. He stands to his feet, barely, as he looks around before grabbing one last beer and hauling ass to the ring before he gets hit. He slides in sloppily before standing to his feet and taking a chug from the beer. He then lays the rest of the beer in the corner before waiting in the corner for his opponent.

JD charges at the Chiseltooth, looking to clobber him right away. However, Ol' Onion Pocket dodges and just starts wildly striking Driftwood from beghind. JD turns around and grabs Chiseltooth by the throat, looking for probably a chokeslam, but CT bites Driftwood's hand. JD yells in pain as Chiseltooth Bell Claps him and hits a Chisel-Can-Rana for a 2 count. Chiseltooth doesn’t stop there as he lifts JD up by his beard, but JD pops him up into a Samoan Drop!!! JD starts to smash Chisletooth with heavy fists as the Homeless Heretic is still prone. JD pops up to his feet and tries to hype the crowd, but they still boo him for being a prick earlier. JD waves them off and sets Chiseltooth up for the PSYCHO HOLIDAY!!! He covers for the… 1… 2… CHISELTOOTH KICKS OUT!!! JD pos back up to his feet and follows up with the PEZ DISPEN- SWINGING NECKBREAKER BY CHISELTOOTH!!! CT desperately runs to the ropes for IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME!!! Chiseltooth covers for the… 1… 2… JD THROWS AN ARM UP TO BREAK THE COUNT!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: Why does this hobo have music and why am I so captivated by this weird shit?

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: Has JD Driftwood bitten off more than he could chew with this SCUM legend?

Chiseltooth is trying to keep his momentum going as he grabs his flask from out of his back pocket and takes a big swig of it. When JD gets to his feet, CHISELTOOTH SPITS IT IN HIS FACE… NO!!! JD moves and puts Steph the Ref in the way! Chiseltooth takes advantage of all of this still by pulling out his fork!!! Things are about to get forked up, but JD punches the fork out of Chiseltooth's hand. Luckily, all these silly tactics were enough of a distraction for Chiseltooth to hook JD up for BEYOND GEEKED!!! He covers JD for the 1... 2... DRIFTWOOD KICKS OUT!!! Chiseltooth stands up and goes for a CHUCK A DU- DRIFTWOOD ROLLS AWAY!!! JD ends up behind Chiseltooth and slams him with BUSCH GARDENS!!! Driftwood is still stunned from Chiseltooth nearly ending the match, and is trying to catch his breath. Chiseltooth finds his fork and grabs, looking to stab JD... BUT JD WITH A BIG KICK TO THE GUT!!! JD hooks him up for FULL ON HEADER!!! He quickly spins around and pins the Vindictive Vagabond for the... 1... 2... 3!!!

VALENTINA LOVELACE: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN... YOUR WINNER... VIA PINFALL... JD DRIFTWOOD!!!

JD stands up and boots Chiseltooth out of the ring. He screams out that nobody is ever going to forget him when he wins the Golden Weight Championship in a couple of weeks in Japan. JD continues to celebrate, but he just keeps pissing the fans off, not that he cares. Chiseltooth stumbles over the barricade, steals a beer from a fan and drinks half of it. On his way to the back, he hands the half-drank beer to a bgt5fv4rchild who was definitely too young to be drinking beer.

K.T. ANDERSON: I can see the headline now "Florida Man beats up Hobo because he felt left out"!!! Gotta love Big Brawlin Driftwood!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: I just wonder if this is last time we'll be seeing Chiseltooth... or the first of many?!?

VALENTINA LOVELACE: Introducing first, the challenger...

The song plays through 15 seconds before Dax Levandrier steps through the curtains. He stands upon the stage and cranks his neck before bellowing out this almost primal yell.

“DEFY YOU, TO THE DEATH WE DESERVE”

He starts to hop back and forth on his feet until he starts stomping down the ramp. He doesn’t once look out to the crowd, his eyes laser-focused at the ring. Closing his eyes, he lets the screaming of his theme song fill his thoughts before opening his eyes and leaping onto the apron. He cleans his boots on the apron and steps through, walking toward the center of the ring. The hard cam zooms in on Dax as he madly stares through the lens, almost as if he’s peering through the souls of the audience watching at home.

The song runs through the chorus once more and Dax walks his way toward the nearest rope, climbing onto the second turnbuckle. He finally looks out to the crowd and steps his right foot on the top turnbuckle before he flexes his massive arms, yelling out once again like a madman. He then does a 180 and hops off, staring blankly yet again, zoned in for his bout.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: And now, the champion...

"Immigrant Song" by Led Zepplin plays, as the lights change different colors of green, gold, and brown. The music changes into the first verse and out comes the 100 million-year-old rookie, RaptoЯ steps out from behind the curtain. He takes his first small step for Dino's and his one giant leap for Dino-kind! With that, he stomps out to the ring and raises his hands in self-hype as the fans cheer for him as well. One big step over the top rope, and he's in the center of the ring screaming "We're Back" before posing in the ring and letting his music die.

These two behemoths stand across from each other as the bell rings. Dax and RaptoЯ are no strangers, and the fans are just as excited as they can to see a Godzilla vs Kong reboot unveiling before their eyes. Dax and RaptoЯ bark some insults at each other as they circle, neither one willing to be the first to strike. Suddenly, The switch flips and they charge at each other, instantly into a stalemate of a tie-up. Neither man budget, despite veins popping out and faces turning red. Dax releases RaptoЯ with a bit of a shove before he heads into the ropes for a big SHOULDER TACKLE-NO! RAPTOЯ DOESN'T BUDGE!!! RAPTOЯ DOES THE SAME MORE, BUT DAX DOESN'T MOVE EITHER!!! They stare at each other before they BOTH HIT THE ROPES AND COME AT EACH OTHER QITH SHOULDER TACKLES... THEY BOTH ARE STOPPED IN THEIR TRACKS!!! The crowd is going crazy as RaptoЯ and Dax just look at each other… AND OPEN UP WITH BIG STRIKES!!! The Champion gets a few stiff elbows in and stuns Dax with a spinning back fist. RaptoЯ wastes no movement, transitions into a big ROUNDHO- DAX LUNGES FORWARD AND TAKES RAPTOЯ DOWN!!! The Everest Heavyweight Champion is bludgeoning The R!ZE Champion and it might be over soon. RaptoЯ is able to keep his guard up and tries to lock in an armbar, but Levandrier stacks him up and DEADLIFTS HIM INTO A HUGE SIT OUT POWERBOMB!!! He holds for the pin 1… 2… RAPTOЯ KICKS OUT!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: OH MY GOD!!! WHAT A MASSIVE POWERBOMB!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: I THOUGHT FOR SURE ALL THAT MEAT WAS GONNA GO THROUGH THE RING!!!

The match continues to be a back and forth of big strikes and even bigger slams. Dax with a Spinebuster and RaptoЯ with a Chokeslam. RaptoЯ with a Kamigoye and Dax with a Lariat. They beat the shit out of each other because neither one is willing to look like a lesser super heavyweight. RaptoЯ gets some momentum behind him as he opens up on Dax and drives him into the corner. Dax blocks most of the strikes, but can’t hit RaptoЯ without dropping his guard and getting rocked. RaptoЯ hits a big headbutt when Levandrier starts to drop his arms and lifts Dax onto the top turnbuckle. RaptoЯ goes for a SUPERPLE- DAX SHOVES HIM OFF THE TOP ROPES… BUT THE CHAMPION LANDS ON HIS FEET!!! HE LEAPS BACK ONTO THE TOP ROPE… SUPER SPANISH FLY!!! RaptoЯ can barely grab a leg, but gets the cover anyways… 1… 2… KICKOUT!!! Dax rolls to his knees as RaptoЯ hits the CURBSTO-DAX POPS HIM UP… SPEAR!!! Dax rolls to the corner and pulls himself up to his feet in order to catch his breath. He charges at RaptoЯ the moment he gets on his feet with another STIFF LARIA- RAPTOЯ POPS HIM UP ONTO HIS SHOULDERS… EXTINCTI- DAX LANDS ON HIS FEET!!! Levandrier hooks RaptoЯ’s head for the LEVANDRI- RAPTOЯ KICKS HIMSELF FREE… SWINGING DDT BY RAPTOЯ!!! RaptoЯ gets to his feet and leaps up with a STANDING MOONSAU- DAX HAS HIS KNEES UP!!! Levandrier and RaptoЯ get to their feet and begin to trade heavy strikes once again! Dax hits RaptoЯ so hard he stumbles backward… TAKING OUT THE REF WITH HIM!!! Dax hooks the head one more time for the LEVANDRI- CORAZON NEGRO WITH A SLINGBLADE!!! Corazon Negro has inserted himself into this match as he grabs Dax up for THE BLACK ACE LARIAT!!! Corazon Negro shakes the referee awake before slinking off into the crowd as RaptoЯ wakes up, grabs up his opponent, and hits EXTINCTION!!! RaptoЯ covers for the 1… 2… 3!!!

VALENTINA LOVELACE: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN... THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH... VIA PINFALL... AND STILL NVR R!ZE CHAMPION... RAPTOЯ!!!

RaptoЯ neither knows nor cares that Corazon helped him in that match, as Jeff the Ref hands him his title and RaptoЯ raises the belt high. RaptoЯ raises a finger, signaling for his first of five defenses before he gets the World Championship. The Black Heart stares at Dax from the crowd, smiling through his mask. Dax gets up to his feet and stares daggers at Corazon Negro until CN fades through the crowd.

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: RaptoЯ with a big win, but Dax Levadrier continues to get screwed in this company by people who are jealous of him, and I’m honestly tired of seeing it!

K.T. ANDERSON: Corazon Negro has held a grudge since Halloween, and he’s not looking to let it go in the new year… AND I LOVE IT!!! Also, until Dax breaks up with Gemma, I don’t really care about him.

DURING THE BREAK...
Backstage, we see Brea practicing some shots on a heavy bag, as she has been obviously frustrated with her fortunes within NVR, as Brea pummeled away at the bag with intensity, as we see CWGC Hollywood Forever Champion, Brody Howitzer arrive on the scene with his title over his shoulder and spoke to her with a smarmy tone.

BRODY HOWITZER: "Hey, I know you're mad because NFW thinks Griffin Hawkins and Faye Brown are more valuable than you, and you've been spinning your tires here. But, maybe Ol' Brody Howitzer can show you how to be a winner, especially when I win that Golden Weight title tonight!"

He said, making the motion to swat her behind, before Brea would turn around and feign a haymaker at Brody, as he would flinch. She then puts on a cheesy smirk, before hitting his forearm twice.

BREA LOMBARDI: Two for flinching. And you're disgusting... I don't care how great High Noon, Dark Ages was. You're a scumbag, and I hope Dani Davies beats you so bad you look like a rotten tomato."

She said, folding her arms over her chest, as Brody sneered at her rejecting him.

BRODY HOWITZER: "Yeah, well first off... High Noon, Dark Ages was a masterpiece!"

He said, flashing a shit-eating grin.

BRODY HOWITZER: But, secondly, an attitude like that is going to get you nowhere. You see this?"

He said, flashing his title at her.

BRODY HOWITZER:"I'm a champion. I'm successful. And if you keep that attitude, you'll never see a title in this business again. Maybe you should go back to the video store you worked at... because that's more likely to keep you employed than you winning a title ever again."

He said, before walking away while the camera focused on Brea as she looked visibly hurt. She screamed, before hitting the bag with everything she had and walking away, as the camera faded on the swinging bag.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: Introducing first...

The opening riffs of Leather Rebel play, as Brea struts out and posed on the top of the ramp. She flashed some devil horns and headbands briefly, before moving down the ramp and joining in with some fans, and climbs up the apron. She does a standing split, before rolling under the bottom rope and kipping up, before posing for the crowd as her theme fades.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: And her opponent...

"Run Rabbit Run" by Rob Zombie plays through the sound system as Rebel came out of the curtain he walked down the ramp flipping everyone off. He walked up the stairs as he walked to the corner he stands there.

As soon as the bell rings, Rebel bursts out of the corner and begins to maul Brea before she could even get a strike in. He traps her arms around the top rope and drills her with knees to the midsection. Manson lifts Brea’s legs and puts them on his shoulders. You may think this is gonna get kinky, but it does not. He turns around and slams Lombardi with an INVERTED ALABAMA SLAM!! He covers her, but Brea kicks out at 2! Brea tries to get back up to her feet, but Rebel takes her back down with a SNAP HURRICANRANA!!! He pops back up with a DOUBLE FOOT STOMP!!! He goes into the cover for the… 1… 2… BREAK KICKS OUT!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: Damn, Manson is just beating the shit out of Lombardi. It’s almost sad!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: Brea’s been here before. I believe she will be able to make some form of a comeback soon!

Manson goes to the outside and decides he’s bringing this match into a more extreme light. He grabs a chair and goes to bring it into the ri-RUNNING KNEE TO THE FACE AS HE COMES THROUGH THE ROPES! Rebel slumps back to the outside floor and Lombardi rallies the fans as she grabs the chair Manson dropped in the ring. She sets the chair up and uses it to SPRINGBOARD OVER THE TOP ROPE WITH A STAGE DIVE!!! She pops back up to her feet and drags Rebel back into the ring. Manson tries to pop back up to his feet and attack her, but Brea counters with a superkick! She hits the ropes and drills him with a POWERSLIDE LARIAT!!! She covers but only gets a 2 count, before lifting him for the SYMPHONY OF DESTRUCTION!!! She covers again for the 1… 2… 3!!!

VALENTINA LOVELACE: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN... THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH... VIA PINFALL... BREA LOMBARDI!!!

Brea throws an arm in the air in celebration as she breaks her losing streak as of late. Manson rolls to the outside and throws a bit of a tantrum at ringside. Brea waves him off and continues her celebration as Steph the Ref raises her hand in victory one more time.

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: Brea Lombardi starting to get some momentum back on her side!

K.T. ANDERSON: DAMMIT REBEL!!! WHY AREN’T YOU MURDERING LIKE YOU NEED TO???

EARLIER TODAY...
“Enforcer” Anthony Cross is in the trainer’s room of the Studio Merlot and getting his ankles taped up when Grady The Intern walks into the Trainer’s room holding his finger like it was hurt. Anthony scoffs at the sight of Grady and rolls his eyes.

ANTHONY CROSS: What the hell are you doing in here? Did you get a paper cut or something?

GRADY THE INTERN: How dare you? I will have you know that paper cuts hurt.

ANTHONY CROSS: If you don’t have anything important to say I swear to God I will take your ass to Jessica Anderson so she can beat your ass.

GRADY THE INTERN: I'm not scared of her, but that won't be necessary anyway.

Grady backs up a couple of steps closer to the door and looks around for Jess just to be safe though.

ANTHONY CROSS: Yeah, that’s what I thought. So unless you are going to give me a billion dollars, grant me a future NVR World Title Match, or allow me to have my own sanctioned personal referee for all of my matches then I probably won’t give a shit what you have to say.

GRADY THE INTERN: If this was Twitter, I got you. However, on this side of the keyboard, I don’t think I can authorize any of that.

ANTHONY CROSS: If I have to get up off this table then you know what it is going to be...

Cross starts to get up, but Grady grabs a handful of bandaids from a jar in the training room, opens the door, and quickly rushes out of the room as Anthony chuckles.

ANTHONY CROSS: Freaking Grady! I’ll let Jessica deal with him. I am too focused on Teddy right now...

He pauses a moment as the trainer finishes wrapping his ankle and he swats them away.

ANTHONY CROSS: While I was being interviewed by Gemma a few weeks back, I realized it is time for me to stop sulking, get off the sidelines, and get back to work on what I ultimately came to NVR for. Which is why at Gemma’s little pumpkin spice whatever the hell that was I showed up and put you on notice. I am not going to wait until we get to Japan in a few weeks to have the fight brought to me. Fuck that! I am going to go on the offensive and bring the fight to whoever I deem it necessary to bring the fight to. In just a couple weeks those people who I see fit to bring the pain to you Teddy, Kai, and No Homie.

Anthony rolls his eyes.

ANTHONY CROSS: Seriously, No Homie? What kind of name is that?...You know it doesn’t matter. Tonight, Teddy is what I am concerned with. Getting back on track with another win in an NVR ring to reclaim my glory. This time though the glory I claim will be at the top of the mountain.

PREVIOUSLY RECORDED...
Backstage at Nevvy Pro's event we find Mimi leaning forward and someone reaching out to pin a little badge on her left that she got 1 point in the twin series. That hand belongs to former Rize champion, TJS.

MIMI SMITH: Thank you for my button, Teddy. Game recognizes game.

TJS: That's not how you use that, Meems.

Teddy's comment has a twinge of frustration, something Mimi obviously used regularly around him to playfully annoy him.

MIMI SMITH: It might be. Anyway I'm expecting another one after your worst nightmare, Squiggly the....

TJS: Don't say it...

Mimi lowers her voice and whispers.

MIMI SMITH: Clown!

Cringing.

TJS: You said it.

Mimi Smith pats her friend on the back.

MIMI SMITH: It's ok. I'll make sure to get him good for you.

TJS: I know you will.

MIMI SMITH: And then you can take down that Anthony Cross, I saw recently he liked a few Kimi pics so you could try pointing and saying "Holy Moly Kimi's in the front row" and roll him up.

TJS smirk-cringes and shakes his head.

TJS: Cheap wins aren't the way I play, Meems. I'll just use that same technique that got me to the title. The title that I don't have, before you mention it.

Mimi just stays pursed lips and playfully rolls her eyes

TJS: And I'll do it faster than you.

Which provokes his buddy o' pal Mimi reacts like Dave Skylark in the Interview. She laughs immediately at having done that but stands her ground.

MIMI SMITH: Ok, TJ. Rhymey Rhymerson. If you think you can take down Kimi's new big burly fan faster than I can take down a big burly clown.

Mimi sees that makes Teddy cringe slightly, she smirks and moves on.

MIMI SMITH: And the faster wrestler gets the others hotdogs….for THE YEAR.

TJS strokes his chin a little and shakes her hand.

TJS: Deal, Mimi.

Natural Born Killaz By Ice Cube and Dr. Dre start playing throughout the arena. Smoke comes from the entranceway. As the smoke is clearing The Enforcer walks through the smoke and looks out at the crowd. Enforcer then walks down to the ring. He walks up the stairs onto the ring apron, looks out at the crowd, and lifts his arms out to the side. Enforcer steps through the top and middle ropes. Enforcer walks over to the opposite ring ropes and lifts his arms out to his side.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: And their opponent...

TJS appears on the screen. Each letter fades in and out before the other appears as the intro plays. The lights dim slightly aside for a trio of lights which, you guessed it, shine TJS onto the roof of the building or down onto the ring. TJS appears from behind the curtain with his back to the crowd but spins to stand facing them, legs wide apart, and embraces the crowd. Throwing out a t-shirt to one of the crowd members rampside earns him a pop before he starts to walk down the ramp. TJS raises a finger, then sings with the crowd the opening lyrics to his theme.

TJS grabs the ropes with the small intrumental break and spins to hook the top rope and face the ramp.

As that riff hits, TJS backflips into the ring and walks around the ring, the lights dimming down to an almost darkened state as the fan’s screens light the arena with purple, pink, blue and red bright screens. TJS then performs a running shooting star press and lands on his feet, pretending it was unseen but the house lights come back on bright just a second after he lands. TJS nods his head to the rest of the song. Even as it fades out, the loyal NVR fans sing it loud and proud with TJS conducting them with one hand.

Before the bell can even ring, AN ENRAGED TEDDY CHARGES AT CROSS!!! Enforcer throws bombs at TJS, but Teddy is bobbing and weaving to avoid them, as he lands a flurry of his own at the former San Francisco Openweight Champion. Teddy has Cross on the ropes and Jeff the Ref is trying to separate them, but Teddy refuses. The match is almost called then, but Cross is able to shove Teddy down to the mat. Enforcer doesn't look like he's going to allow TJS the liberty of getting up and letting the bell ring properly, so Teddy just lunges AND TACKLES CROSS!!! THEY STUMBLE THROUGH THE ROPES AND LUT O THE FLOOR OUTSIDE!!! They brawl all around ringside, and the match is nearly thrown out again if it wasn't for Jeff the Ref calling for assistance in separating these two wrestlers and getting them back into the ring.

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: THIS IS NOT LIKE TEDDY!!! HE'S TREATING THIS MATCH LIKE A FIGHT, NOT A MATCH!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: I think this is the first time I've actually liked something TJS has done. It's a shame Cross is gonna murder him in a minute!!!

The bell finally rings after all this craziness, and TJS has calmed down just enough to be professional, but he's right back into being as aggressive as ever. Running This is Sparta kick barely misses Cross' head as Teddy starts hitting more high-impact strikes. Enforcer is able to shoot behind Teddy and hits a HUGE German suplex. Cross keeps hold and rolls over for a back mount, and starts drilling elbows into the back of TJS' head until Teddy finds the wherewithal to roll away beneath the bottom rope. Enforcer decides he's gonna kill Teddy and goes to the top rope. Teddy lays on the apron, trying to catch his breath, as ENFORCER LEAPS OFF WITH A SWANTON BOMB ON THE APRON!!! Teddy lays in the fetal position on the apron as Cross slowly gets to his feet and lifts Teddy into a PILEDRIVER AT RINGSIDE!!! Cross leaves TJS there and rolls into the ring. The count gets to 9.99 before Teddy rolls back in!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: ENFORCER JUST LEFT TEDDY FOR DEAD!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: TJS ISNT DEAD YET!!!

Teddy slowly starts to mount a comeback, just for it to get obliterated by a HUGE SPINEBUSTER BY CROSS!!! Cross flips Teddy over and starts to lock in OMERTA-NO!!! TJS WITH A MODIFIED S IS FOR STUNNER!!! Cross stumbles backward into the ropes but rebounds with a HUGE LARI- THIS IS SPARTA!!! Cross is staggered, but he’s not about to let Teddy beat him, so he waits until he goes for the BLUE HARVE- TEDDY STARTS SCREAMING AND GRABS HIS LOWER BACK!!! Cross has scouted the fake back pain, and doesn’t let TJS legmare him. Instead, he grabs Teddy up for a POWERBO- TEDDY ELBOWS HIS WAY OUT!!! Cross drops TJS and grabs his face and Teddy drills him with THAT ONE SLAM FROM BAND CAMP!!! Teddy rushes to the corner and goes for the A-PEELING ELBOW!!! He covers Cross for the 1… 2… 3!!!

VALENTINA LOVELACE: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN... THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH... VIA PINFALL... TJS!!!

Teddy gets to his feet in celebration and gets his hand raised. He starts to hype the crowd up for being with him through his highs and lows of the last 6 months, but the celebration is cut short as an enraged Enforcer hits the victor with a LOW BLOW!!! TJS crumbles to his knees as Jeff the Ref starts yelling at Anthony for the post-match assault. Cross ignores the lecture from the referee and begins stomping TJS. He pulls Teddy up and drills him with THE DEATH PENALTY!!! Cross shakes his head and says “See you in Japan” before rolling out of the ring.

K.T. ANDERSON: YOU DON’T PISS OFF ENFORCER, MY GUY!!!

The music kicks through the PA as Kai steps through the curtain. He’s all smiles, but it’s just the calm before the storm. He pulls his mouthguard from his vest pocket and puts it in. The switch is flipped and Kai steps down the aisle quickly to the ring.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: "Coming down the aisle: From Jacksonville, FL; he weighs in 177 lbs, Kai URIGAAAAWAAAAA!!!"

Kai hops up onto the apron hard cam side, looks over his shoulder at his opponent, and enters the ring. Urigawa takes off his vest and falls into the corner, doing some last-minute stretching.


VALENTINA LOVELACE: And introducing next…

The upbeat, fast-paced tunes of Machine Gun Kelly’s pop-punk “Kiss Kiss” start to play and Darby comes out from backstage with his usual carefree energy. Pausing he’ll glance around to study the crowd and then begin to make his way quickly. On his way to the ring he’ll try and barter and trade with fans along the ramp, looking to exchange any of the nick nacks he might have picked up backstage (or who the hell knows where else). Sometimes he might be successful. Others he might come up empty. But eventually, he’ll turn his attention back to the task at hand, ascend the steel ring steps and then up the nearby turnbuckle post, flipping off the top turnbuckle and into the ring where he’ll find his way to his corner and (most likely) try and pickpocket the referee’s wallet on his way there.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: Walking out now…

Trumpets blast throughout the arena as TANK by the Seatbelts play. The arena fills with cheers as Naoki Ojima makes his way out, accompanied by his father, Reo Ojima. Both sporting ONI jackets, Naoki waves to the crowd, but Reo stops him and points to the ring. They quickly make their way to the ring, and Naoki rolls inside and stands in the middle of the ring. Reo rolls in too and lights a cigar before they both raise their right hands in the air as streamers fill the ring. Stepping back Naoki takes his jacket off and tosses it outside while Reo ashes his cigar and exits the ring.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: And finally...

Nobody walks out for a few minutes, but suddenly the lights go out...

“CORAZON NEGRO”

"Cinco de Mayhem" by the Bleeding Fingers begins to play as black, purple, and gold strobe lights shine all over the arena as out comes the masked man, Corazon Negro! He is wearing the mask that has been seen all over NVR for the past couple of months. He walks slowly and eerily down to the ring, staring his opponent down. Corazon Negro slides to the ring and poses in the ring before he turns and faces his opponent.

The bell rings and it’s instant chaos. Naoki and Kai find each other instantly and Corazon Negro attacks Darby as Darby was looking to join in on the Urigawa/Ojima action. Darby drives Corazon into the corner, but CN is quick to switch their positioning and assault Darby as he gets put in the corner. Kai and Naoki are drilling each other with stiff strikes as they head to the outside. Reo tries to join the fight after Naoki knocks Kai down with a European Uppercut, but Kai reaches underneath the ring and grabs a kendo stick, equalizing the numbers game and beating both Ojimas within an inch of their lives. As Corazon Negro takes Macanamra out with a massive crossbody, Kai brings his kendo stick and a few more toys. He sets up a table in the corner but The Blackheart grabs the kendo stick and starts to attack him. Corazon looks like he’s about to put Kai through the tab- FAUGH A BALLAGH!!! DARBY SPEARS CORAZON… AND KAI HITS A BRIDGING DRAGON SUPLEX ON DARBY AS HE STANDS UP… 1… 2… REO AND NAOKI BREAK UP THE COUNT!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: ATTA BOY NAOKI!!! SMART THINKING!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: SOMEONE NEEDS TO GET REO OUT OF THERE!!! HE’S NOT IN THIS MATCH!!!

Corazon and The Ojimas join forces to eliminate Darby and Kai. Reo and Corazon pick their victims and stomp them into the mud. Naoki sets up a couple of tables next to each other at ringside. The Ojimas and Corazon Negro lifts up a war-torn Darby MacNamara and POWERBOMB HIM OVER THE TOP ROPE ONTO THE TABLES!!! Enjoying their dirty work, they don’t see Urigawa get to his feet as he CRACKS Reo with a Shotgun Knee to the back of the head, sending Reo through the ropes. Naoki and Corazon double team Kai with strikes, but Kai is fighting back. Naoki grabs one arm and Corazon grabs the other and they begin to boot him down to his knees. Corazon asks for both arms of Kai and drills Urigawa with the BLACK ACE LARIAT!!! Corazon pulls him back to his knees and transfers wrist control to Naoki who hits Kai with TANK!!! The Kamigoye lands perfectly, BUT CORAZON FINALLY STABS NAOKI IN THE BACK!!! He hooks Naoki’s head and rills him with TRES ENEMIGOS!!! Corazon floats over and pins Naoki for the 1… 2… NAOKI KICKS OUT!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: CORAZON NEGRO NEARLY WALKS AWAY WITH A TITLE SHOT AT LOVERS IN A DANGEROUS TIME!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: THAT JUST MEANS THIS CARNAGE CAN CONTINUE!!!

Corazon grabs a chair and starts to take down all of his opponents the moment they start to move. At one point, Darby gets back up, climbs onto the apron where CN can’t see him, and goes for ID RATHER BE SHIN- CORAZON SWATS HIM OUT OF THE AIR WITH THE CHAIR!!! Corazon places a foot on Darby for the 1… 2… DAX LEVANDRIER WITH A SPEAR!!! Dax is still pissed that Corazon cost him his match earlier tonight. He drags Corazon out of the ring and the two begin to brawl on the outside. Dax tries to throw Corazon into the crowd, but The Black Heart lands on his feet and starts to run away. Dax hops the barricade and chases him, as those two brawl into oblivion elsewhere. Kai, Naoki, and Darby are back to their feet and are trading strikes in the center of the ring. Even when Reo decides to get involved again, Kai and Darby keep them on their guard. Reo ducks a roundhouse from Darby that catches Kai in the temple, crumbling the Dragon of Jacksonville. Naoki and Reo now have their opening as Reo grabs Darby by the waist for the CHAOS THEORY… INTO TANK!!! The Rolling German into a knee to the back of the head lands perfectly as Naoki AND Reo cover for the… 1… 2… 3NO!!! KAI MAKES THE SAVE!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: DARBY MAC HAS TO BE DEAD!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: CAN ANYONE STOP THESE DAMN OJIMAS???

Reo and Naoki take Kai out with DEATH BY 1000 CUTS AND A TOKYO STAMPEDE for breaking the count so Reo rolls to the outside to find some more weaponry while Naoki pins Kai… 1… 2… KAI KICKS OUT SOMEHOW!!! Naoki decides to go to Darby to try pinning him again… 1… 2… DARBY KICKS OUT!!! Reo yells at his son as he grabs three chairs, a door, a table, and a bag of tacks. Reo calls for his son to help him with the goodies, and they begin to set up the door on two of the chairs. The table doesn’t get set up though as Kai comes up and cracks the Ojimas across the backs. He’s tired of fighting with Reo and decides to put the chair on Reo’s head. He goes for a PUNT TO THE HEAD OF REO OJIMA!!! Darby sets up a table because he’s done with Reo too, and they lift him up over their heads and slam him through the ta-NAOKI THROWS HIMSELF INTO KAI AS THEY FALL THROUGH THE TABLE INSTEAD!!! Darby drops Reo, and Papa Ojima is starting to get back to consciousness. He goes to grab and strike Darby just as Naoki gets back to his feet and empties the bag of tacks all over the door they had set up earlier. Naoki taps his father’s shoulder and Reo throws an elbow just out of instinct, nearly hitting his son. Naoki luckily blocks, BUT DARBY DROP KICKS REO INTO NAOKI!!! Naoki stabilizes as he holds his father in a front facelock to keep him from fall- SCARLET FOR YOUR MA BY DARBY THROUGH THE DOOR!!! THE MOVE CAUSES NAOKI TO DDT HIS OWN FATHER INTO THE DOOR!!! Darby covers Naoki… 1… 2… KAI TRIES TO BREAK IT UP… BUT HE DOES NOT MAKE IT IN TIME… 3!!!

VALENTINA LOVELACE: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN... THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH... VIA PINFALL… AND NEW NUMBER ONE CONTENDER FOR THE NVR R!ZE CHAMPIONSHIP… DARBY MACNAMARA!!!

Darby lays in the ring for a moment, before sitting up. He essentially walked out of a 4 on 1 match with his hand held high in victory. Kai tries not to beat himself up over the loss, as he watches Reo and Naoki roll out of the ring. The Ojimas and Urigawa stare each other down ahead of their BattleMania clash in 2 weeks. Darby begins to celebrate and tells everyone he’s gonna walk out of BattleMania as the new Golden Weight Champion and that he is going to unify it with the R!ZE Championship to make them into One Big Shiny Belt!

K.T. ANDERSON: Raccoon Boy just scavenged a win and now sets himself up to be a Champ Champ come the end of February!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: A very chaotic match won by a very chaotic person! Good on Darby for finding the shiny in what was a very dirty match!

Here we see one Kira Brooks, standing in front of a screen. She steps a little to the side so that on it can be seen the very first appearance she made in NVR, officially. It was adorable, her jumping from shoes to shoes, outfits and music changing. She looks quite fresh faced and eager there, and some of her little signature things are already showing, the smiles. The hand claps, the shimmies, the grins as she stands in front of the graphics in the vid for Christmas Time is a Flat Circle. The smile she turns to the camera now, isn’t quite so shiny and starry-eyed but it's real, and sincere. This is a happy person, without doubt. She’s got a Forge Gym branded hoodie on, unzipped over an Ethan Giles t-shirt with a sunshine design behind the graphic over her ring gear and she claps her hands sharply before she speaks.

KIRA BROOKS: I know that people are going to be watching this match pretty closely. Wondering if I’m not too busy looking past Dona Rotten and No Homie, straight through them more like, and right at Jimmy Pridmore. He’s determined to plant me in his garden, you see, and well… he can try. But he needs to understand something. Sure, I’m pretty like a rose, but I’m a Brooks and we’re like dandelions way more. Roses need the perfect conditions to thrive, but a dandelion? They’re all “yay concrete!” and that’s why we thrive anywhere we plant ourselves.

A super cheeky wink then, as Kira starts to ease out of the hoodie, carefully folding it and putting it over the top of her open duffle bag where it sits behind her on a bench.

KIRA BROOKS: So understand me when I say, that while I have respect for just about anyone that steps into an NVR ring, while I can look at the kind of career Dona Rotten has had, look at what No Homie is willing to do to win matches and get that bread… if anyone in this match knows how to do that it’s me… and this? Triple Threats? I’ve been in more of them than just about anyone else I know. Especially here, in NVR!

Next she shucks off the t-shirt, also carefully folding it, then showing off her white hologram gear, her favorite set, before a far more serious look comes to her pretty face.

KIRA BROOKS: No disrespect from me, to the both of you, no matter what gets said about me. I’m not going to stew over it, I’m not built like that. The problem for both of you is that I don’t quit. I’m here to keep what’s mine, and I fully intend on being the one to walk into Yamashi Pro’s BattleMania with my briefcase. I know how bad Jimmy wants it too, sure. I know he’s thinking he’s going to use me - or Dona, or Homie if I fail, as mere stepping stones to make his way back to challenge whoever has the World Championship. Well, Jimmy… I get that. I can empathize with what you’re wanting to do. I imagine that for all your talk of planting flowers in your garden, which is a cool way of stacking bodies I guess…

A deep sigh, then she smiles again, shimmying where she stands before she stops and points at the camera.

KIRA BROOKS: …that it eats at you, having lost what meant so much. So I get it, Jimmy. Probably better than most. But what I don’t do is lose focus, or pity you. So you’ll just have to wait, and see what happens. I fully intend for it to be me. By any means necessary. So, good luck out here tonight, Dona. No Homie, same to you. At heart, I’m a good person, but that doesn’t mean I’m anybody’s doormat, especially anyone trying to take what’s mine.

After this she blows a kiss at the camera and heads out of the area, the screen behind her looping back to the beginning of the video before the camera cuts away.

“You Shook Me All Night Long” by AC/DC hits and the lights flash red and blue, signaling the arrival of everybody’s favorite hobo! The music builds up progressively, every chord that plays generating excitement and as the drums smash, out comes Roofless in his signature Australian lucha mask and street blanket for a cape, beating his chest like King Kong and screaming “MAAAAAAAAAATE!!!” at the top of his lungs. The crowd of course responds with passion, as Roofless nods back at them in acknowledgment and removes the blanket from around his shoulders, throwing it to the crowd and marching to the ring in defiance. The homeless Australian was in the building... and he was drinking Hobo Juice.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: The next challenger…

Dona slowly walks toward the ring, her focus squarely in front of her. She tunes out the fans, her mind lingering on the match at hand. A wry grin creeps across her painted face, as she climbs up onto the apron. Dona steps through the ropes, making her way to mid-ring. The Toxic Knockout finally lets her eyes pan across the ringside area, before spitting a thick green mist skyward. Rotten cackles maniacally, and goes to her corner, to await the match’s start.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: And their opponent...

As En Route To Mayhem by Apocalyptica plays, the music rolling out over the room, from the back emerges Kira Brooks, determination in her steps as she moves down the ramp towards the ring. She pauses at the ring steps to look out over the fans in attendance and she throws her hands up into a signal for them, a big smile on her pretty face. She pauses to wipe her boots on the apron before ducking between the ropes, lingering a bit before moving on into the ring, her expression focused and eager as she waits for the match to begin.

Bell rings and the three wrestlers go into a three-way knuckle lock. As they all fight for position and it looks like the Roofless One is going to assert his size and strength advanta- VENOMOUS MIST RIGHT IN HIS FACE!!! Dona, wasting no time to blast her opponents and winning herself a world title opportunity, hits a big hip-check into the gut of Kira before judo throwing her to the mat. Dona starts headbutting Kira until she stops moving. The referee goes to check on Kira and Dona goes to the corner and scoots across the middle rope as she stalks Kira. Brooks stands up and GETS CAUGHT WITH A BULLDOG!!! 1… 2… NO HOMIE SAVES THE MATCH!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: DONA ROTTEN IS VICIOUS!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: LOOKS LIKE JIMMY FLOWERS MIGHT GET A DIFFERENT OPPONENT AFTER ALL!!!

No Homie and Dona begin to trade strikes. Dona goes for a big headbutt, but No Homie catches her with a HUGE knee strike. Dona stumbles back and No Homie grabs her for an IT CAME FROM AUSTRALIA BRAINBUSTER!!! He covers Dona for a 2 count, but Kira is able to get back up to her feet and break up the pin. Nevada Brooks starts to drive The Homeless Avenger into the corner and lights him up with a series of chops. She lifts him up onto her shoulder for SNAKE E- NO HOMIE SHOVES OFF OF HER!!! Dona pops back up to her feet and chop blocks No Homie before he could get back up and goes for a DISCUS FOREA- KIRA POPS HER UP… SNAKE EYES!!! Kira goes to hype up the fa- SOLELESS SURVIVOR FROM NO HOMIE!!! He pins her for the… 1… 2… KIRA KICKS OUT!!!

The three of them slowly stand up in a circle and they all begin to trade strikes. A superkick lands perfectly on the jaw of Dona from the Briefcase Holder. No Homie hits a rolling Koppu kick on, knocking Kira out to the corner. Dona regains her bearing and catches No Homie with a huge headbutt that stops him on his knees as soon as he tries to get back up. Dona hits the ropes and takes No Homie out with a CHAINSAW KICK!!! Dona kneels down to pin No Hom- SHATTER!!! Kira cracks Dona right in the face as she collapses on the former Women’s Champion and pins her for the 1… 2… 3!!!

VALENTINA LOVELACE: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN... THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH... VIA PINFALL... AND STILL THE NVR WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP OPPORTUNITY BRIEFCASE HOLDER… KIRA BROOKS!!!

Kira grabs her briefcase and hugs it as Jeff the Ref raises her hand in triumph. No Homie grabs the back of his head and tries to get his bearings. It may be his first match back, but he’s not deterred for his match in Japan later this month. Dona looks beyond pissed, spitting venomous mist at anyone who tries to check on her… even if it’s a fan.

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: Kira makes it out of Napa Valley still the briefcase holder! Will she walk out of Japan?

K.T. ANDERSON: Absolutely not! Jimbo is gonna murder her ass and bury her in his garden or whatever his gimmick is now!

The tempo of "Journey to the Center of the Mind" would pick up gradually, as Brody makes his way to the top of the ramp and holding a kendo stick in the "This is my Boomstick!" pose, before pointing it at the crowd as he makes his way to the ring after some stagehand rolls out some red carpet for him to walk, as he enters the ring ready to make some art.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: And now the champion...

The opening of Mad Hatter begins to play, as lights flash to the tune of the little bells, but then the lights all change to a scarlet color as the verse first hits and Dani Davies steps out. She starts to walk down to the ring, singing the lyrics to the song as she stays away from the fans at ringside.

The normals, they make me afraid

The crazies, make me feel sane

Dani walks towards the camera, reciting these words as she hopes onto the apron and poses. She looks around at the crowd with a bit of disgust, as she spins into the ring and poses one more time, still singing the words to the song as the music.

The two wrestlers head towards the center of the ring right away. Brody tries to go for a ti-up, but Dani plays defensive landing big kicks on the legs of the challenger. Brody goes for a leg sweep and trips Dani up for a second. He drives her to the ropes and begins to light her up with strikes. Dani ducks a big right hook from Howitzer and goes for a schoolboy… INTO A KNEE STRIKE!!! Brody fights his way back to his feet as Dani continues to rock him with stiff shots. She walks down to the ring with the spotlight following her and hears only cheers for herself despite there not being any. The Hot Mess walks up the steps and across the apron posing on the ropes while demanding the referee to open them for her. The referee reluctantly obliges and Siobhan skips to the center of the ring, before pointing to herself and letting everyone know she deserves greatness. The spotlight and her music stop, but Siobhan is still all about herself as she waits for the match to start.

Don’t Stop by 5 Seconds of Summer begins to play in the arena and we see Bree’s name flash on the screen. She darts out of the back in a pair of dark denim jeans with a loose hanging NVR shirt one size too big for her. Bree gives the crowd a few nods and peels off the covering on her shirt that turns it from a standard NVR shirt into a “Bree's NVR House” shirt before she walks down to the ring with her arms behind her back, skipping once she’s halfway down the ramp and ends with a perfect slide into the ring. Once she’s on her feet Bree gives a little twirl to a pose where her feet are a shoulder's length apart and her hands flat out with a complimenting smirk to say "Come on".

The match starts with both women jawing back and forth a bit. Bree flexes to show her size and strength, but Siobhan fakes a kick right to her face just to show how dangerous she really is. Bree didn’t take too kindly to this so she comes out swinging and grabbing at the hot mess. Siobhan tries to be defensive and luckily lands an elbow to the jaw that rocks Smith. "Grease Paint and Monkey Brains" by White Zombie starts to play we see the lights dim down. After the intro we see Squiggly come out from the back sporting a pig mask with clown makeup smeared over it. A large oversized tie rests over his ring attire as he approaches the ramp. He pulls a match from behind his ear and strikes it before lighting his tie. Firecrackers begin popping as Squiggly begins to tremble, almost seizure-like. The smoke clears as Squiggly continues shaking his head, twitching and shaking his arms as he heads towards the ring.

Squiggly comes to the edge of the ring where he ditches his tie and rolls in under the ropes. He stands up before he begins circling the ring, looking out at the crowd. He rips the mask from his face and lets out a deep belly laugh as he twitches and scratches at his bald, tattooed head.

Mimi is cautious at first, but as Squiggly continues to insist on a handshake she goes to grab his hand… AND HE PULLS HIS HAND AWAY LAUGHING!!! Squiggly thinks this is the funniest thing ever, but Mimi doesn’t and she leaps up with a superwoman punch right in the face. Squiggly nearly topples over the top rope. Mimi goes for a CACTUS CLOHTESLI- SQUIGGLY MOVES OUT OF THE WAY!!! Mimi lands gut first onto the top rope and flips out onto the apron. Squiggly is quick to grab her by the hair to keep her on the apron. He hooks her head and lifts her up into the ring WITH A SPRINGBOARD SUPLEX!!! Squiggly gets a 2 count, but Mimi is able to escape. Despite her escape, Squiggly stays dominant early in the match as he asserts his size and strength. He pops her up for the PUNCHLI- MIMI COUNTERS WITH A CHA-CHIN!!! Squiggly is out on his feet from the high-impact stunner. Mimi hits the ropes and goes for a big CROSSBO- SQUIGGLY CATCHES HER… SCRAMBLER!!! At one point, Mimi has Squiggly trapped in a cross-arm breaker, and it looks like the match is over. Squiggly pulls his rubber chicken out of his apron and consults it, trying to see if he should try to grab the rope or just tap. The conversation is a lot longer than you would think, but the chicken convinces Squiggly to grab the rope… AND SQUIGGLY DOES!!! Squiggly quickly gets to his feet and throws A FIREBA- MIMI EVADES!!! She turns around and kicks the chicken out of Squiggly’s hand with s Shiny Teeth No More before stunning Squiggly with a PICK N MIX COMBO!!! Squiggly goes down and Mimi goes to the corner to start the clap crescendo for her finisher. Suddenly, Don’t Stop by 5 Seconds of Summer hits and Bree comes onto the ramp, trying to distract her sister. Mimi turns around and yells at her sister, BUT SQUIGGLY POPS UP AND GRABS HER WITH AN O’CONNOR ROLL… 1… 2… MIMI KICKS OUT!!! The force of the kick out sends Squiggly neck first into the ring ropes! Mimi comes in with a 305 TIGER FEINT KICK!!! Squiggly stumbles backward to his feet and Mimi springboards to the top rope… AND HITS A DIVING MA PAYCHECK DDT!!! She covers Squiggly for the 1… 2… 3!!!

The lights in the arena go dark as Valhalla" by Blind Guardian begins to play. A massive figure walks through the curtain to a chorus of boos. On the screen, The Australian Behemoth flashes quickly followed by the rune of the god Odin. The lights slowly fade in as Dana Alans is revealed and her name appears on the screen in dripping blood. Danela sneers at the crowd while she stomps her way to the ring. When she reaches the apron she grasps the top rope and pulls herself into the ring. Danela gives a wry smile as she draws a line in the sand and does a massive stomp in the middle inviting her opponent to battle. She lets out a war cry as her music fades.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: And their opponent...

His Music hitting, Danny walks out from the darkness, pausing momentarily to take in the ambiance as it goes from black to low light levels. Standing at the top of that ramp, he makes a beeline for the ring. At the edge, he makes a vertical leap onto the canvas while he grabs the second rope and pushes down on it only to step between the second and top rope. In that ring, he walked towards the center of it and threw back his head, lifting his arms right as the lowlight turned black again, before going back to normal.

The bell rings, but this was always going to be a brawl, to begin with. Dana charges at Daniel, but MacNamara sidesteps and begins to throw punches at Dana while she’s in the corner. He shoves his thumbs in her eyes, trying to blind her. Dana lands a lucky uppercut to the jaw to stagger him as she rubs her eyes. She goes for a Thesz Press, but instantly Danny counters WITH A SPINEBUSTER!!! He begins to elbow the shit out of her head and busts her open almost instantly. Dana is able to grab his face and rake his eyes before shoving him off. Dana and Daniel get to their feet, AND DANA WITH A HELLISH REBUKE THAT SENDS THEM BOTH OVER THE TOP ROPE!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: THESE TWO ARE JUST ABUSING EACH OTHER!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: FUCK, I FORGOT HOW VIOLENT DANNY BOY WAS!!!

The Bad Dog and the Aussiehemoth waste little time brawling up the ramp and onto the stage. Dana shoves him into the entranceway and begins to smash his head into the corner of the titantron structure. Dana backs up and looks to finish Danny with RIDE THE LI- MACNAMARA MOVES OUT OF THE WAY!!! Dana spins around to strike Daniel while he’s still vulnerable… AND DANNY CATCHES HER WITH A KABOOM THROUGH THE CURTAIN!!! Daniel looks around at the producers in gorilla and flips every single one of them off before grabbing a random wire and CHOKING DANA WITH IT!!! Dana is barely able to get to her feet, but she does and she HEADBUTTS DANNY RIGHT IN THE NOSE!!! Danny’s nose is clearly broken and yet he HITS FAUGH A BALLAGH THROUGH THE DOOR TO THE BACKSTAGE AREA!!!

They make it to the catering table, and we all know this never ends well. As they jerk each other around, hitting every clutch-strike they can, Dana is able to separate herself from Daniel and EJECTOR SEAT RIGHT INTO THE FOOD TABLE!!! Obviously, the other wrestlers don’t even turn away from their meals and conversations, because this is old hat. Dana stumbles over to where Daniel is… AND HE BITES HER NOSE!!! They get to their feet and they start to battle back through the backstage area. Dana pops Danny up and SLAMS HIM WITH A DEATHBRINGER ONTO AN EQUIPMENT BOX!!! Dana believes this match is over and starts to walk towards the side-stage exit. Before she can cross the threshold, she turns around to see Daniel MacNamara CHARGING FOR ANOTHER FAUGH A BALLAGH!!! He spears her right at the side of the stage. Daniel barks for a referee as he lifts her up and drills her with BAD DOG’S BITE ON THE STEEL STAGE!!! The referee reluctantly counts for the 1… 2… 3NO!!! DANA SOMEHOW KICKS OUT!!!

Somehow, Dana struggles up to the catwalk on top of the Titantron, but Danny grabs a hand full of her hair and begins to elbow her in the face once more. He sets her up for a KABOOM OF THE TO- DANA ELBOWS HER SELF FREE!!! She stumbles to the end of the railing as Daniel sets up for a third FAUGH A BALLA- DANA EVADES!!! Daniel catches himself on the railing. Daniel turns around AND EATS A RIDE THE LIGHTNING!!! DANNY FALLS THROUGH THE RAILING, 50 FEET ONTO THE STAGE BELOW!!! A BIG EXPLOSION AS SOME PYRO GOES OFF AND THE REFEREES CALL FOR THE MATCH TO END!!!

Dana sits atop the titantron, staring down at Daniel MacNamara’s body as medics quickly try to rush him out on a stretcher. The crowd begins a “Both These Guys” chant at the absolute war they just watched. Dana tries to stand up on the catwalk to celebrate but nearly falls off herself due to exhaustion. A scissor lift is brought in to assist her down as she tries to enjoy her win, but she just has nothing left in her body.

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: An absolute war. How do you even follow that?

K.T. ANDERSON: I know I say this every time a match gets out of hand, but I think… we actually watched a murder take place here tonight…

Guard #420 takes out his taser and makes Squiggly Ride the Lightning. Squiggly drops to the floor and releases both his chicken and his bowels. Guard #69 puts handcuffs around Squiggly and then attaches some around the Rubber Chicken Lawyer as well. The guards drag Squiggly's limp body out of the building.

The intro to Jaden Smith's smash hit "Icon" reverberates through the speakers as the crowd comes alive. The voice of Freddie Florentino can be heard over the first 10 seconds of the intro:

Freddie Florentino: GRAB YA TAG ROPE AND COUNT TO FUCK! STRONGHOLD IN THE MOTHERFUCKIN HOUSE… CABRÓNS!"

The fans chant along with him. Once the song kicks in and the first "whoa" hits, Donnie Prower, with a STRONGHOLD flag in hand, and Freddie Florentino burst out from behind the curtain with Jaden Smith's flow guiding them out.

"What you call an icon livin'?

Start a record label, MSFTS just did it (Woo)

Nylon cover, five minutes, whoa

We up too hot in the business (Woo)"

Freddie is vibing to the track, pumping his fist for every whoa and woo, while Donnie is already talkin' that shit to the front row, letting them know that they're about to sit in on an exhibition. Both men make their way down to the ring, turning their attention to the match at hand as they scale the turnbuckles. Freddie hunches over, lowering his sunglasses down the bridge of his nose and running his mouth as Donnie does the same while holding the STRONGHOLD flag open for all to see. They hop in the ring and begin to warm up with each other as they await the start of the match.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: And the briefcase holders...

The bright white lights from above slowly begin to dim throughout the building. The sounds of “Control” by Halsey begin playing over the speakers as other light sources begin to pulsate in rhythm with the opening tones. A bright white light shines from the entranceway as it begins to fill with smoke until a silhouette of a woman is seen standing on the other side.

“They send me away to find them a fortune

A chest filled with diamonds and gold”

Slowly walking out from the back, Riley Savell steps out into the open as a spotlight shines down onto her, not dressed up for the gimmick whatsoever. Stopping at the top of the ramp, she looks over the arena, slowly turning her head from left to right, taking in the scenery of the atmosphere for tonight’s event. She pauses as "I Wish" by Cher Lloyd feat T.I. hits the speakers, and a few seconds later Jessica Anderson emerges from the curtain, dressed in a Ditto version of Riley (or is Riley the Ditto and Jessica not participating? Who knows?). She stands with her feet roughly a shoulders width apart and raises her right index finger into the air. At the top of her lungs, she screams out aggressively to let everyone know just how good she and Riley Savell are.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: “Coming down to the ring at this time... ‘The Villain’... RILEY SAVELL... 'The Sidekick' JESSICA ANDERSON... The World’s Most Okayish Tag Team!!!"

The women begin to make their way down the ramp, walking to the beat of the music. They look around the venue as Jessica quickly leaps up onto the ring apron, and Riley Savell slides between her legs. Jessica before straddles the middle rope as Riley kneels in the ring, looking at their opponents. Jessica winks at the camera before Riley gets up and gives Jess's backside a slight spank. From here, Riley and Jessica got to the corner and Savell climbs up to stand on the middle rope, and Jessica backs into the corner between Riley's legs, both ready for the match to start.

Freddie and Riley start the match off as they circle the ring. The Best in Flow instantly starts turning this match into a high-speed grappling contest but is surprised that Savell can keep up with him. Savell spins out of a waistlock and dropkicks Freddie into the ropes, and he rebounds off only to get caught with a hipto- NO!!! Freddie is too strong to get tossed, but he’s able to sweep her legs and drop down into OVERFLOW!!! The crucifix mount elbows are landing hard and when Freddie believes that Riley is out, he pins her for the… 1… 2… ANDERSON MAKES THE SAVE!!! Jessica runs up and dropkicks Donnie off the apron as Riley and Freddie get up to their feet. Jessica superkicks Freddie, making him stumble into a MOCKING JAY INTO THE TURNBUCKLES!!! Riley rolls to her feet as they both members of WMOTT goes for MONEY MAKERS!!! Riley covers Freddie as Anderson plays defense for the 1… 2… FREDDIE KICKS OUT!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: GOD, I BOTH LOVE AND HATE THIS BACK AND FORTH!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: NEITHER OF THESE TEAMS ARE WILLING TO BACK DOWN!!!

Freddie is able to mount a comeback and it culminates in a HOT TAG TO DONNIE!!! Rilley tries to cut it off by tagging in Jessica right before Prower could put hands on her, but he’s quick to grab Jess out of the ropes and DDT her into the mat. Jess tries to fight back, pulling out some dirty tactics to get momentum on her side, but Donnie is quick to grapple her to the ground and smother her metaphorical fire. Anderson scrambles to get away from Donnie, but he pulls her back and hits her with a shinbreaker… INTO A SAITO SUPLEX!!! He tags Freddie in, and Freddie goes to the top rope for a 45- NOBODY HOME!!! Freddie rolls through, but JESS WITH A VICIOUS SUPERKICK!!! She gingerly heads toward the corner and climbs to the top turnbuckle. She sets up for the SHOW STEA- FREDDIE KIPS UP AND LEAPS ONTO THE TOP ROPE… AVALANCHE HURRICANRANA!!! Anderson is flung across the ring and rolls to the outside where Riley grabs her and they regroup in the corner of the barricade… BUT FREDDIE FLINGS HIMSELF OVER THE TURNBUCKLES TO CRASH ONTO WMOTT!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: OH MY GOD!!! WHAT A DIVE BY FREDDIE FLORENTINO!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: WHY DO THEY KEEP TEARING ME APART!!!

Freddie drags Jess back into the ring, crushing her with a FLOWKILLER!!! He tags Donnie in and Donnie locks in the TAPP CLASSIC!!! Freddie begins to hit MULTIPLE SUPERKICKS ON JESS WHILE SHE’S TRAPPED!!! Steph the Ref begins to count Freddie out, but Freddie yells at her saying she doesn’t even know tag team wrestling rules and that she needs to “Subscribe to Wristlock Academy!!! Donnie releases Jess, allowing her to make it to her feet, before slamming her down with a LEGHOOK BELLY-TO-BACK SUPLEX!!! Jess starts to roll away, but Donnie is quick to dive for the pin… 1… 2… JESS GRABS THE BOTTOM ROPE!!! Jess uses the ropes to pull herself up and keep Prower away. The moment she steps away though, Donnie rolls Jessica up with an O’CONNOR ROLL… 1… 2… JESS SHOVES HIM INTO THE ROPES!!! Donnie hits the ropes, BUT GETS CAUGHT WITH AN ASS KISSER!!! Donnie is stunned as Jess follows up with STUNNED SILENCE!!! She whispers to him “I’m Keon’s daddy now”, before kissing him and covering for the 1… 2… 3NO!!! DONNIE KICKS OUT AT THE LAST SECOND!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: SOMEBODY JUST STAY DOWN ALREADY!!! I CANNOT TAKE ANYMORE OF THIS!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: WHERE IS THE TAG TEAM WRESTLING CHANT WHEN WE NEED IT?!?

Momentum goes back and forth between these two teams. Jess and Freddie find themselves back in the ring. They trade some open-handed strikes, but they both end up running to the ropes hitting DUELING HANDSPRING ENZIGURIS!!! They take each other out and lay in the middle of the ring as the ref starts a KO count. Both of them crawl to their corners FOR HOT TAGS!!! Donnie and Riley enter the ring and begin to trade kicks in the center. Savell starts to check some of Prower’s kicks, but Donnie lands a nice kick right on the ankle of Riley. Riley tries for a kick to back him off her onslaught, but DONNIE CATCHES IT… DRAGON SCREW LEG WHIP… INTO A HEEL HOOK!!! Riley struggles to get out, and nearly does as she starts to flip him over… BUT DONNIE ROLLS RIGHT BACK INTO POSITION… AND THERE’S A CRUNCH!!! Riley’s ankle might be broken as she yells and is about to tap… WHEN JESSICA THROWS HER BRIEFCASE AT DONNIE!!! The blatant cheating makes the referee call for the bell!

VALENTINA LOVELACE: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN... THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH... VIA DISQUALIFICATION... DONNIE PROWER & FREDDIE FLORENTINO… STRONGHOLD… BUT STILL THE BRIEFCASE HOLDERS… JESSICA ANDERSON & RILEY SAVELL… THE WORLD’S MOST OKAY TAG TEAM!!!

Donnie looks pissed, but he never lets go of Riley’s ankle… SO HE BREAKS IT EVEN MORE!!! He releases Riley as Jessica Anderson pulls her out of the ring. Natalie Kassidy comes running down to check on her client, as Freddie grabs a microphone and the STRONGHOLD flag as he slides in to stand with Donnie in the ring.

FREDDIE FLORENTINO: You didn’t fucking win this match, we fucking did and we always fucking will!!!

DONNIE PROWER: Keep your stupid briefcase, I got a real trophy just now and you know it. Good luck cashing in, Jess, now that I took away your girl’s walking privileges.

Jess and Natalie yell at STRONGHOLD, but Riley can’t even pay attention because she’s in so much pain. The medics start to crowd WMOTT as they look after Riley’s ankle. Donnie and Freddie find the hard camera and look straight into it.

FREDDIE FLORENTINO: AND INDY DARLINGS. WE GOT NO MORE HOOPS TO JUMP THROUGH… NO MORE RINGS TO GRASP AT… NEXT MONTH… YOU WON’T BE LOVERS IN A DANGEROUS TIME… YOU’LL BE COUNTING TO FUCK!!!

DONNIE PROWER: That is… if you don’t choke tonight…

Freddie starts waving the STRONGHOLD flag as Donnie mean-mugs the camera and “Icon” plays on.

K.T. ANDERSON: HOW COULD YOU GUYS BREAK RILEY’S ANKLE??? I WAS GOING TO BE HER NEXT DEAD HUSBAND, AND YOU BASTARDS KILLED HER!!! YOU TWO ARE SO LUCKY I CAN’T STAY MAD AT YOU!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: Jessica Anderson may have saved her briefcase, but STRONGHOLD walked away with the win literally, metaphorically, and in every other sense of the word. They beat the former tag champion plain and simple!!!

Both Kira And Sui come out from the back before they point at the ring and do a cutthroat motion. They make their way down the rampway and walk around the ring, along the way slapping hands of fans and talking to the crowd. They meet up to where the announce table is and climb on top of it where they make an "X" with their arms and rile up the crowd.

They make their way into the ring and climb up to the top turnbuckle where they do another cutthroat motion, sticking out their tongues and rolling their eyes into the back of their heads. all undertaker-like. They drop down and square up to their opponents finishing it off.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: And the champions...

The opening of Perfect strangers begins to play as two spotlights shine on the stage, showing two silhouettes in each. The two walk toward each other, right when the song bursts to light and bright gold and white lights flash around the arena as they kiss. The lights reveal the Indy Darlings, Rivers King & Isabelle Valentine, as they continue to embrace each other and look at the camera. Rivers spins his girl out, so that she's standing by his side, and they walk down to the ring. They don't let the fans touch them, but they pretend the fans are talking about them as they head towards the ring. Rivers lips Isabelle onto the apron, where she kicks one long leg out onto his shoulder. They pose at ringside before Belle spins into the ring, and Rivers follows her. In the center of the ring, Rivers stands over Isabelle, as they pose one last time before their music starts.

The Indy Darlings and Dead Pretenders stand in the middle of the ring. Their heated rivalry from last year is renewed without missing a beat. Rivers makes a snide comment about how they are gonna put the Pretenders back on the bench, and this pisses Sui Obata off because it was his balls that got literally busted by Belle that put them on the bench. Sui just punches Rivers right in the face and Kira is quick to drop Belle with an elbow to the jaw. Kira and Sui begin to double team Rivers, beating on him in the corner. Isabelle Valentine gets to her feet and hits a wicked Back Stabber on Izumi, but Obata knees her in the temple as she gets up and throws her out of the ring. Rivers sees this and gets heated even more. He socks Obata in the jaw and this just turns into a brawl. Sui’s larger frame gives him the advantage here as he batters the tag champion. Rivers King gets jaw jacked with a hard right hook, but uses the momentum to stagger Obata with a discus forearm. Rivers flexes, JUST TO EAT A HEEL KICK!!! Rivers drops to his knees and Sui FOLLOWS UP WITH A BUZZSAW KICK!!! He tags Kira in and they go for STOP THE DEFAMATION!!! Kira covers for the 1… 2… BELLE WITH THE SAVE!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: THE DEAD PRETENDERS CLEARLY HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN ABOUT THE INDY DARLINGS!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: HOW COULD YOU??? THEY ARE THE FACE OF TAG TEAM WRESTLING!!!

Rivers is losing energy fast and can’t seem to make a tag. Dead Pretenders seem to have spent the last 9 months watching only Indy Darling tapes because they have an answer for literally everything the Darlings throw at them. Belle tries to sneak in, but Kira plays defense. Rivers tries to go outside, but Sui charges from the apron to cut him off with vicious knee strikes. Even when it seems like Rivers can make the hot tag, a Dead Pretender is right there to cut his legs out from under him. Rivers finally finds a chink in their arm as the Pretenders go for a tag and is able to smack their heads together. He tags in his wife and she’s just a fireball of rage after watching her husband get beat up for the last few sequences. She ducks a lariat from Izumi and hits a shoulder thrusts through the ropes so hard she nearly spears Obata off the apron itself. Izumi tries to corner her, but a thumb to the eye that resembles more of a Samoan Spike nearly blinds Kira. She lights The Deathmatch Zombie up with strikes before hitting with a vicious JUMPING FLATLINER… INTO A KOJI CLUTCH!!! Rivers has distracted Obata by brawling him at ringside. Kira is in the middle of the ring with really nowhere to go, but he tries crawling to the ropes. Kira is nearly there… AND HE GRABS THE ROPE!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: THE LADY OF THE HOUR NEARLY CHOKED OUT MR. DEATHMATCH!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: Impressive effort by both wrestlers in that sequence!!! Amazing techniques by champions and challengers alike!!!

The tags go back and forth with the momentum of the match. Now legal, Rivers catches Izumi with a vicious Lariat as Kira tries to hit a springboard move. Rivers kneels down and begins to drill Kira with punches to the head. He pulls him up and looks for a PILEDRIVER, BUT KIRA KICKS HIS LEG TO PREVENT THAT!!! Rivers tries again, BUT AGAIN KIRA PREVENTS IT!!! Rivers doesn’t release his north/south waistlock, but transitions into a powerbomb position, launching Kira with a BUCKLE BOMB!!! He makes the tag to his wife and lifts Kira up in an electric chair. Belle goes to the apron and goes for a springboard knee strike for SKYNE- KIRA HITS A POISONRANA ON RIVERS AND BELLE ENDS UP CRASHING AND BURNING!!! He rolls Rivers out of the ring and begins to assault Isabelle as he gets an adrenaline rush. He grabs her by the hair and quickly drills her with DECAYED STATE OF MIND!!! Izumi goes to the corner and tags Sui in, before lifting Belle onto his shoulder in his own electric chair hold. Obata goes to the apron and springboards off with a vicious forearm for BU-SHI-DO!!! Obata covers Belle as Kira plays defense for the 1… 2… 3NO!!! RIVERS COMES IN AND SPEARS KIRA SO HARD THEY FALL ONTO SUI AND ISABELLE!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: WE ALMOST HAD NEW CHAMPIONS!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: HOLY SHIT THIS IS INSANE!!!

Kira and Sui are back to isolating an Indy Darling, but this time it’s Isabelle Valentine. They are breaking down the Indy Starchild with vicious stiff strikes. She tries to fight back, but she just doesn’t have much in her tank. Sui motions for Izumi to join him in the ring, before they sweep her legs and lock in SUBJUGATION!!! Kira has the sharpshooter as Sui has the crossface. Rivers gets on the apron and looks to be getting in the ring, but Izumi gets up for a SUICIDE SPE- RIVERS SIDE STEPS AND IZUMI CRASHES INTO THE BARRICADES OUTSIDE!!! The chaos at the apron makes Obata lose shi grip and Belle starts to get to her feet, but OBATA LOCKS HER IN A SLEEPER!!! Isabelle stomps hard on his foot to get free of Obata’s chokehold is going for a HOT TAG… BUT OBATA HITS HER WITH DOUBLE KNEES IN THE BACK!!! HOWEVER, BELLE STILL TAGGED RIVERS ANYWAYS!!! Sui Obata doesn’t notice the tag as he plants Valentine in the center of the ring. Obata hits the ropes with as much force as he can and delivers a SHINING SAKURA!!! He kicks Belle with so much force he slides across the ring and has to roll in order to stop his momentum and stay in the ring. He gets up to cover Valenti- STUNNER BY RIVERS!!! Kira tries to get into the ring, but Rivers turns around and kicks the middle ropes so Kira is indirectly kicked in the dick and he falls to the outside. Rivers grabs both of Sui’s arms and locks in the MARXIAN CONCEPT… AND SUI HAS NO CHOICE BUT TO TAP!!!

VALENTINA LOVELACE: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN... THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH... VIA SUBMISSION... AND STILL NVR TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS… RIVERS KING & ISABELLE VALENTINE… THE INDY DARLINGS!!!

Rivers rolls out of the ring and pulls Belle out with him. She’s clearly still out from the kick, so Jeff the Ref only raises Rivers’ hand and gives him the two titles. Rivers celebrates by himself as Sui checks on Kira, knowing exactly what it’s like to take a vicious low blow from the indy Darlings.

K.T. ANDERSON: INDY DARLINGS ARE THE GREATEST TAG TEAM IN THIS COMPANY. PERIOD!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: With a team like STRONGHOLD on their tail, they better be!!!
