BIOGRAPHY - Is this a joke? A cruel prank? Neither pal, this is Karen Willow! The outspoken wrestler got her start at the School of Charred Blocks, a burnt out shed on the outskirts of Cleveland in late 2018. Getting just enough training to "not be the drizzling shits", Karen was thrust into the world of professional wrestling, picking up small time bookings in various shindy promotions at the beginning of 2019. Learning on the job, Karen went from "green as hell" to "not the worst but still pretty terrible" before finding herself seemingly blacklisted after joining twitter. Apparently a case of mistaken identity (she claims to have no knowledge of, but come on) led to her becoming a bit of a black sheep in wrestling, a label she's desperate to shed once and for all.
Joining NVR in 2019, Karen quickly aligned herself with fellow rookies Tapp Addams and Daniel MacNamara, as well as NVR Original Izzy Van Doren. Together they formed Poor Life Choices, garnering support from the fans. Karen and Danny would fall into a relationship soon after, the duo leaning on one another for support during their early days. Due to bad blood from another company, Karen found herself caught in Samantha Tolson's crosshairs, the two trading verbal barbs with one another. Karen would come up short in a five way match for the NVR Women's Title despite not being pinned, having to watch as Trixie and Tolson fought to see who would be the champ. At NVR vs. Seattle Pro, Karen would emerge victorious in a four way ladder match for the title belt, earning Trixie's respect. PLC would become embroiled in a feud with AoD, emerging victorious in a Elimination Match. Karen would defend the title against Ash Walweat before entering the NVR Women's Summit in 2020. Karen would also seek traditional wrestling training, choosing to train at Lion's Den NOLA under Vivienne Robichaud, whom she has stated on multiple times she has immense respect for.
Despite her relative youth in wrestling, Karen does have a lot of heart. Often citing Yamcha from Dragon Ball as her inspiration, Karen chooses to dig deep and fight no matter the situation.

As the beat kicks in, Karen Willow steps through the curtain - illuminated by a single spotlight - as she surveys the fans with narrowed eyes. The corners of her mouth slowly curl upwards before Karen saunters down the ramp. As she gets to ringside, Karen climbs through the ropes and paces around the ring like a caged animal, never taking her eyes off the opponent as the music fades out.
