This is the official Log of Overall Championship Records. Through 5 Championships and 56 Reigns between them, there are some records that are not only impressive in their own right and division, but throughout the entire company. This recognizes those larger-scale feats, while still paying respects to the individual records of each title. This also holds the record of Double Crown, Triple Crown, and Grand Slam Champions.

* A.J. Morales was awarded 2 titles without having wrestled in NVR for them. Firstly, the NVR Tag Team Championship was awarded retroactively as his reign was recognized to be the first reign under the Seattle Pro/NVR Fusion Rule during the two companies' partenrship before NVR seperated, despite the titles having been named the Seattle Pro Tag Team Championship at the time. Secondly, the NVR Goldenweight Championship (FKA San Francisco Openweight Championship) was originally a non-sanctioned vanity championship Morales had created for himself and became the inaugural champion by default when NVR Wrestling purchased the rights to sanction the belt. This earns him the Triple Crown and Grand Slam, despite not all title reigns being earned through championship matches in NVR Wrestling. Therefore he is not recognized as an "Iron Champion" in these ranks, or a champion who earned his titles through matches sanctioned by NVR Wrestling.
** The Grand Slam consists of a wrestler earning the World, R!ZE, Tag Team, and the Goldenweight Championships. The Women's Championship is eligible for female/female presenting talent to replace either the R!ZE or Goldenweight Championships, as NVR is an intergender fed, despite having a Women's Division. If the Women's Championship is ever unified with another championship, the champions will be awarded the credential of the absorbing championship (i.e. if the Women's Championship and Goldenweight are combined, all former Women's Champions will be recognized as former Goldenweight Champions as well) in order to keep their eligibility for a Grand Slam.
