We open to a ring surrounded by the NVR Roster and back office for the second unexpected memorial show for this year. In the center of them are NVR President Caleb Jackson, Arley Kirk, and a pedestal with Lash's boots and a picture of him. Caleb welcomes everyone for the night and thanks them for wanting to celebrate the life of another of NVR's originals. He talks about how, similar to Tapp, he saw Lash grow from a goofy kid into a star. Caleb recalls that he didn't always get Lash, but when it came to wrestling all he could see was potential. President Jackson then motions to Arley and says he sees the best parts of Lash in her and others around the ring. He knew Lash was an acquired taste, and not everyone was a fan of his, but whether you loved him or hated him, Lash's fingerprints are all over the history of NVR and that will never change.

Arley then steps up and says she will miss her brother, and do her best to keep NVR weird in honor of Lash. She then asks for those on the roster who may have roses to come up while the PA plays his theme. "Seventeen Girls in a Row" by Steel Panther begins to play as members of the roster step up and place roses in Lash's boots. Once the music is over and everyone is back to their spots, Caleb Jackson asks everyone to stand up for a moment of silence and a 10 Bell Salute.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: Introducing first...

The upbeat, fast-paced tunes of Machine Gun Kelly’s pop punk “Kiss Kiss” start to play and Darby comes out from backstage with his usual carefree energy. Pausing he’ll glance around to study the crowd and then begin to make his way quickly. On his way to the ring, he’ll try and barter and trade with fans along the ramp, looking to exchange any of the nick-nacks he might have picked up backstage (or who the hell knows where else). Sometimes he might be successful. Others he might come up empty. But eventually, he’ll turn his attention back to the task at hand, ascend the steel ringsteps, and then up the nearby turnbuckle post, flipping off the top turnbuckle and into the ring where he’ll find his way to his corner and (most likely) try and pickpocket the referee’s wallet on his way there.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: And their opponent...

As the lights in the arena begin to dim, "Afraid of Us” by Jonwayne plays through the speaker. Noah Ortega slowly emerges from the curtain, staring out at the crowd. Stopping on the top of the entrance ramp, Ortega pauses for a moment as he bows his head. Suddenly, he stretches one arm up, pointing to the ceiling and screaming “FOLLOW ME”. From there he begins to walk down the entrance ramp, all cool, calm, and collected. Once reaching the edge of the ring, Ortega leaps onto the apron and pauses for a moment, observing the reaction from the audience before entering the ring. Hoisting himself onto the top rope, Noah points his finger up again and yells “FOLLOW ME”.

Before the bell even rings, Darby leaps across the ring and blasts Noah with a big right hand. Jeff the Ref has to pull Darby off of Noah before he can signal for the bell. Ortega wipes blood from his mouth as he laughs. Darby tells Noah to get to his feet, because he’s got months of frustrations he has to take out of the Leader of the Lost, and Noah obliges. Darby lunges at Noah again once the bell rings, but Noah evades this time. The two high-octane wrestlers are off now, trying to hit high-velocity strikes and springboard moves. Darby hits a springboard cutter that gets him a 2 count. Noah hits a running corkscrew elbow drop that gives him a near fall. Noah tries to follow up, going to the top rope for a PHOENIX SPLA-NO!!! DARBY CATCHES HIM FOR A STYLES CLASH!!! He spins around for the… 1… 2… KICKOUT!!! Darby heads to the apron and he’s looking for ID RATHER BE SHI- PTCH PERFECT DROPKICK!!! Both men are down at this point, and the crowd is going crazy. Despite the match’s momentum going back and forth, the fans are firmly behind Darby. This results in a chorus of boos as Darby is going to go for Wired to the Moon, BUT NOAH POPS UP AND DRILLS A FOREARM INTO DARBY MAC’S BACK!!! Ortega climbs to the top rope and tells Darby he’s lost before hitting an AVALANCHE FRANKSTEINER!!! Noah covers Darby for the… 1… 2… DARBY GETS AN ARM UP!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: DARBY IS FIRED UP TONIGHT!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: Raccoon Boy must be part cat too, because he just got dropped on his head from the top rope, AND STILL KICKED OUT!!!

GEMMA MARCHAND: THE VICIOUSNESS OF ORTEGA!!! THE RESILIENCE OF MACNAMARA!!! WHO WILL GIVE FIRST???

Two usually high-flying wrestlers have turned into two brawlers tonight. Months of Noah costing Darby matches and taunting him post-match has come to a boil for Darby and he’s looking to take heads off. Noah was looking to break Darby’s soul, trying to convince him to join him, and taunting Darby every time Noah countered. At one point, Noah tripped Darby up with a drop toe-hold. Darby tries to get to his feet, but as Darby gets to his knees, Ortega hits him with a Superkick, a spin kick, and a pele kick… THE TRIFECTA!!! All three kicks land, BUT DARBY STAYS UP!!! Noah can’t believe it as Darby roars at him and goes for WAXING MOON!!! Noah is stunned, so Darby hits the ropes for FAUGH A BALLA- BICYCLE KNEE!!! Darby gets knocked straight up to his feet from the force of that knee. Noah hits a hurricanrana that sends Darby through the ropes… AND HE FOLLOWS WITH A TRIANGLE MOONSAULT!!! Noah dragged Darby to the ringsteps, looking to end this feud with LOST SOU-NO!!! Darby rolls out of the way and Noah rolls his ankle, falling down the steps. Darby and Noah lock up trading strikes, and Noah tries to lock Darby in a sleeper- DIRT BIRD!!! Darby crawls away as Noah uses the barricade to get u- FAUGH A BALLAGH THROUGH THE BARRICADE!!! Darby rolls into the ring as he waits for Noah to get back into it, but as Jeff the Ref nears the 10 count, Noah is nowhere close. Darby steps out of the ring to break the count, but he doesn’t chase Noah. Ortega slides into the ring, still dizzy from the barricade spot. Darby sees this and goes to the apron for ID RATHER BE SHINY!!! Darby covers Noah in a Goldbergian pin for the… 1… 2… 3!!!

VALENTINA LOVELACE: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN... THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH... VIA PINFALL... DARBY MACNAMARA!!!

Darby looks a bit emotional as he has finally freed himself of Ortega. Jeff the Ref helps Darby to his feet and raises Darby’s hand before the crowd. Darby walks over to Noah, and everyone thinks we are going to see a sportsman-like moment, but Darby reaches over and steals the earrings off of a discombobulated Noah. The fans pop and start offering shinies to Darby as he walks to the back.

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: Darby setting the tone for the entire night! Hopefully, the theme of theft drops for the rest of the night.

GEMMA MARCHAND: Darby with a HUGE showing tonight!!! Finally putting away the Leader of the Lost.

K.T. ANDERSON: Reminds me of the time Dona Rotten stole my wallet and you two said nothing the entire night.

The compressed, 8-bit sounds of Silhouette by PASTEL GHOST reverbs throughout the arena as the lights dim. Purple, pink, and blue hues dance around and soak the audience in an ethereal aesthetic as the people in attendance raised the flashlights on their phones, mimicking a starfield. The Shining Star, MYŌJIN, emerges at the entrance, smirking as they take in the reactions- both good and bad. Taking their time to strut down the ring, eyes focused purely on the squared circle ahead.

They walk up the steel steps, climbing up their nearest turnbuckle. Standing up they give a piercing stare to the many watching while vibrant magenta flashes past their face from the ceiling above as they nonchalantly cast off their bedazzled jacket and toss it aside.

MYŌJIN backflips off of the top rope, landing on their feet while smoothly backing up into their respective corner. Lowering themself as they run both hands through their hair before holding onto the ropes near them, tilting their head enigmatically with patience as they wait for the match to begin.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: And their opponent...

Natural Born Killaz By Ice Cube and Dr. Dre start playing throughout the arena. Smoke comes from the entranceway. As the smoke is clearing The Enforcer walks through the smoke and looks out at the crowd. Enforcer then walks down to the ring. He walks up the stairs onto the ring apron, looks out at the crowd, and lifts his arms out to the side. Enforcer steps through the top and middle ropes. Enforcer walks over to the opposite ring ropes and lifts his arms out to his side.

As soon as the match starts, Enforcer tries to crush MYOJIN in the corner with a splash, but MYO sidesteps and tabletops Cross for a… 1… Cross kicks out defiantly. MYOJIN drills a few stiff kicks into Anthony, but Anthony grabs MYOJIN’s leg and launches them with a big spinbuster into the top turnbuckle. Cross lands a few sickening chops to the chest of MYOJIN before biel tossing them to the center of the ring. MYOJIN tries to scramble to the ropes but here comes Cross with a MAFIA KI- LOW BRIDGE!!! Cross goes to the apron as MYOJIN slingshots themselves over for a YUGEN VICTORY ROLL DRIVER TO THE RINGSIDE FLOOR!!! MYOJIN hypes the crowd up. They lift Anthony Cross to his feet and set him up for ASTRAL PROJECT-NO!!! MYOJIN IS TURNED INTO AN ASTRAL PROJECTILE AS ENFORCER LAUNCHES THEM INTO THE CROWD!!! Cross grabs MYOJIN by the ears and drags them back into the ring. Cross goes to the top rope as MYOJIN slowly stands up. MYOJIN surveys for a moment, catching their breath as they look around for Enfrocer… DIVING CLOTHESLINE BY CROSS!!! Anthony covers for a… 1… 2… MYOJIN PRESSES OUT JUST IN TIME!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: ENFORCER WAS ALMOST RE-NAMED THE DECAPITATOR THERE!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: ANTHONY CROSS IS SUCH A VIOLENT COMPETITOR!!!

GEMMA MARCHAND: MYOJIN WITH A HEAVENLY KICK OUT!!! THE STAR CHILD CONTINUES TO FIGHT ON!!!

Enforcer slows the match down with a series of mounter punches that make the Heavenly Star Child question their career choices, if only for a moment. MYOJIN tries to grapple their way out of the mount and nearly flips control, but Cross is able to take advantage of a momentary back mount and hits a German Suplex! Cross stacks MYOJIN and starts to choke them with both of his hands. Steph the Ref starts a DQ count, but Anthony Cross lifts MYO for a POP-UP POWERBO- YOSHI TONIC!!! No pin attempt as MYOJIN goes for a STARDUST RUSH!!! Most of the kicks were aimed at the head, but the shoot kick and superkick were aimed at the leg. Cross drops to a knee and MYOJIN hits an Imanari roll into AVIOR!!! Cross has an MMA background as well, and he tries to fight out of the calf slicer, but major damage is being done to his leg. Cross is near to the ropes, using his immense strength to crawl to freedom. MYOJIN sees this and starts to roll toward the free leg, LOCKING IN PEGASUS!!! DOUBLE WHAMMY CALF SLICER!!! A waist lock is applied to keep Enforcer from going any further as MYOJIN has both of their legs tangled together. Cross screams as he refuses to tap, not even giving up after a not-so-subtle pop could be heard by those in attendance. Enforcer curses at MYOJIN, trying to fight out and crawl to success, but he succumbs to the pain and passes out. Steph has no choice but to CALL THE MATCH!!!

VALENTINA LOVELACE: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN... THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH... VIA STOPPAGE... MYOJIN!!!

MYOJIN releases, shaking their head at the arrogance of Cross. The fans cheer for MYO as EMTs come rushing down to assist Enforcer to the back. MYOJIN says they’re not waiting for title shots anymore and want their moment, and the crowd is here for it. On the outside of the ring, Anthony Cross is trying to fight the medical staff, as he tries to walk, but he keeps falling. A muscle is torn and he’s going to be out for a while, but his pride makes him refuse any help. Eventually, Cross is forced to take a stretcher ride to the back.

K.T. ANDERSON: MYOJIN JUST STOLE BOTH OF CROSS’ LEGS, DAMMIT!!! HOW IS THAT LEGAL???

GEMMA MARCHAND: CROSS COULD HAVE TAPPED AT ANY TIME, BUT HE JUST REFUSED TO LISTEN TO REASON… SOUND FAMILIAR??? MAYBE YOUR STUPIDITY IS RUBBING OFF ON HIM!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: MYOJIN has proven their worth time and time again. I think it’s time they get it in gold, and everyone seems to agree. Uh, well, everyone but Anthony Cross. I hope he has a speedy recovery!

PREVIOUSLY RECORDED...
Julianna is in her home gym getting her final training session before her big match against her rival Gavin Grimes. She sits on a bench and begins to vent about her frustrations with the NVR Wrestling and the people in it. Fans, wrestlers, the people who work behind the scenes, all of them are a thorn in her side. She says that the Women's Summit was something NVR used to stall the momentum of her #NVRevengeTour, but she never took her eyes off the prize. She was going to build herself back up to being a main-event perennial and it all starts with Gavin Grimes. Gavin is sniveling and weak. The years have caught up to him, and his body can't take being against someone as good as Julianna, and she believes they both know it. She's going to put Gavin into the ground once and for all, making him the first casualty of the #NVRevengeTour.

BACKSTAGE...
Gavin is getting ready for his match. He starts by saying Lash's passing is upsetting. He didn't know him, but anytime someone passes before their time, especially in this industry, it is a sad day. To lose people with so much talent and potential before they can reach it is one of the biggest "What ifs" anyone can ask and never get an answer for. Speaking of people with a lot of talent but not reaching their potential, Julianna DiMaria is his opponent again. Julianna is one of those pests that, no matter how many times you try to get rid of her, she comes back with a vengeance. Not this time though. If Julianna thinks she's a jobber now, just wait until he embarrasses her on her first real stop on her ridiculous "Revenge Tour". He's going to prove that she's nothing more than a spoiled brat and that she never belonged in NVR in the first place.

“Deal with the Devil” hits the speakers as Julianna DiMaria appears on the stage, greeted by some boos from the fans in attendance. She ignores them and heads down to the ring with a confident, focused look on her face. Once she heads inside the ring, she cracks her knuckles, indicating she's ready to fight and afterward does the "talk to the hand" gesture toward all the fans who are booing her, displaying another touch of arrogance to get the fans against her even more.. She heads to her corner and scoffs at the reaction she's getting as the song fades and she waits for what's coming next.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: And their opponent...

The lights go out, and a few spotlights flash to the beat of “Throne” by Bring Me The Horizon begins to play. When the lead singer begins to sing out “Ooooh Ohohohoh Ooooh”, all of the lights turn back on to a blinding white light, as Gavin Grimes stands at the top of the ramp with his arms wide. The intensity of the lights goes down, as Gavin explodes with energy. He high-fives fans and hypes them up as he heads to the ring. The Cult Classic slides across the apron, before posing for the fans. He goes into the ring and poses one more time in the center of the ring before heading to his corner.

The third straight grudge match of the night, but this one starts slower. Julianna barks insults at Grimes, but he just shrugs it off and tells her to come at him. They circle the ring and Grimes slowly closes in as he goes for a tie-up, but Julianna shoots behind. They chain grapple for a bit and throw a few strikes, but nobody has clear momentum until Julianna sweeps Grimes’ legs and hits a cartwheel elbow drop across his face. Julianna kicks up the speed from there going for a lionsault, but Gavin moves out of the way. The Captain gets a bit of speed and hits a HANDSPRING PELE KI-NO!!! Julianna sidesteps and throws Gavin into the corner. She charges at him with a CORNER HANDSPRING FOREAR- GAVIN SHOOTS BEHIND… RELEASE GERMAN SUPLEX!!! The momentum of the throw rolls Julianna to her knees and Gavin follows up with a SAC-TOWN KICK!!! He shoves her to the mat hard and covers for the… 1… 2… JULIANNA KICKS OUT!!! Julianna tries to fight back, but Gavin has her on lockdown with a series of submissions and strikes. When Julianna looks good and staggered, Gavin hooks her head for the CAPTAIN’S CUTTE-NO!!! SHE GET’S THE ARMS UP AND COUNTERS INTO DIMARIA’S CO-SNAPMARE!!! Julianna slides to the apron and springboards into the ring with a FLYING FOREAR- CAPTAIN’S CUTTER!!! Julianna bounces off the mat so hard that she nearly gets to her feet, and The Sacramento King goes for the KING’S CROSSFACE!!! DiMaria screams as the fans cheer! They think The Cult Classic has it here, but DiMaria screams that her #NVRevengeTour isn’t over yet as uses her long legs to bridge for a… 1… 2… 3-NO!!! GAVIN IS FORCED TO BREAK THE HOLD TO SURVIVE!!!

GEMMA MARCHAND: THEY KNOW EACH OTHER SO WELL!!!

K.T. ANDERSON: THEY’VE BEEN AROUND EACH OTHER FOR NEARLY A DECADE, NO SHIT THEY KNOW EACH OTHER WELL!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: HOW DOES EITHER OF THEM MOVE ON FROM HERE AND MAINTAIN THEIR MOMENTUM???

Gavin and Julianna both come up with the idea to take out each other's legs with sickeningly stiff kicks. Gavin checks one of Julianna’s legs and trips her up with a single leg. He goes for a sharpshooter, but Julianna rolls all the way out of the hold and ring. Gavin yells at her that he’s too old to get baited outside, but Julianna still takes her time getting into the ring. As Julianna eases onto the apron, Gavin charges, looking to hit her with a shoulder thru- JULIANNA SLINGSHOTS OVER HIM!!! Gavin stumbles out to the apron as he tries to catch himself. Julianna hits the ropes and dives back over him for a SUNSET FLIP POWERBOMB!!! Julianna throws him into the ring post and back into the ring. She climbs back up the apron and springboards in for another attempt at the FLYING FORE- CAPTAIN’S CUTT- IT’S A PUMP FAKE!!! Julianna knew Gavin had the move scouted and let him airball his diamond cutter so she could slide back into the ring and land a vicious SHINING WIZARD!!! She covers him for the… 1… 2… GAVIN WITH THE ARM UP!!! She tries to lift Gavin up, but he lands a stiff back elbow. Gavin Grimes hits a spinning back kick to the gut that doubles over DiMaria as he hooks her head for THE CROWNI-NO!!! JULIANNA SHOVES HIM INTO THE REFEREE… LOW BLOW!!! The ref doesn't see the kick to the nuts, but he does see the DIMARIA CODE!!! Before she can even attempt to pin Gavin, he’s already starting to stir so she grabs his arm, drags him to the center of the ring, and LOCKS IN THE MERCEDES BENDZ!!! She wrenches back so deep that you can almost feel his arm tear, but Gavin fights through. Gavin tries to get his free arm underneath him to roll out, but JULIANNA BLOCKS IT!!! She quickly transitions into a MERCEDES BENDZ S-CLASS!!! The Rings of Saturn are locked in and Gavin has nowhere to go… SO HE TAPS OUT!!!

VALENTINA LOVELACE: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN... THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH... VIA SUBMISSION... JULIANNA DIMARIA!!!

Jeff the Ref calls for the bell, but Julianna refuses to let go. She pulled back on the submission even more, waiting until Gavin passed out or she heard something pop. Jeff the Ref was not about to let two people get injured on his show though, and threatened to reverse the decision with a 5-count. At 4.999, Julianna finally released the hold, got in the referee’s face, and told him to raise her hand or get out of her ring. Boos rain down as she tells everyone to shut up, as she stands over Gavin and spits on him.

GEMMA MARCHAND: Julianna DiMaria has been absolutely despicable as of late, and this sore-winner mentality, after being such a sore loser for so long, it makes this all feel wrong.

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: Julianna is a phenomenal competitor, but when she decides she has a problem, she makes it everyone else’s problem.

K.T. ANDERSON: Julianna is a million times better than Gemma ever would be as a wrestler, so I guess she can walk away with that and a win tonight!

WOMEN'S SUMMIT DAY 3 - 7/16/2023
BEHIND THE SCENES...
The Block D Consolation Battle Royale is nearly concluded as Brea Lombardi sullenly walks through the curtain to the backstage area. Dani Davies wastes very little time before belittling Brea as she picks on her for losing in the tournament and battle royale. Brea tells her that they aren't done yet and that she will still find a way to get her title back, but Dani interrupts her with a big laugh. The NVR Women's champion tells Brea that she's worthless and that her long title reign was an embarrassment to this company. Dani continues by saying Brea, more so than anyone other woman in this entire tournament, has no right to ever compete for the title so long as Dani holds the belt. Brea doesn't seem to care much for what Dani has to say, so Dani slaps her across the face and screams that someone as useless as Brea doesn't get to ignore her. Brea pauses for only a millisecond in shock before HEADBUTTING DANI IN THE NOSE!!! A brawl breaks out between the two. Dani shoves Brea into the producer's area, knocking over Caleb Jackson, Warren Williams, and Mr. Wrestling 3K. Brea leaps off of one of the producers and the two women throw heavy fists at each other mercilessly. Some of the women from the tournament try to stop the action, but others egg them on. The women spit verbal venom at each other as Warren Williams and Mr. Wrestling 3K pull the women apart with the help of security. Caleb Jackson screams for them both to stop, because he doesn't need people feeling like their lives are at risk here at work. He tells them they can settle this match in the ring at the next show. Dani says she'll only accept if she gets to officially take Brea's eligibility to be in the women's division so long as Dani is champion. Brea agrees because she can't wait to humble Dani and regain her championship. Caleb Jackson screams that it's official then and tells both women to leave and not come back until their match. Both women are dragged off in different directions by security.

The opening of Mad Hatter begins to play, as lights flash to the tune of the little bells, but then the lights all change to a scarlet color as the verse first hits and Dani Davies steps out. A heated battle from the start. Brea and Dani have no love lost and it shows. The two brawlers skip any preliminary grappling for haymakers to the face. Dani ducks one and lands an uppercut that sends Brea stumbling into the corner. Davies charges at Lombardi, going for a shoulder thrust, but Brea side steps and Dani hits the ring post instead. Brea sees her moment and tries for a modified MOSH ROOM STO-NO!!! Dani evades at the last second and hits a big German suplex that drops Brea on her dome. Dani follows up with the HEADTRIP… AND A 2-COUNT!!! Dani tries to lock in the Double-D Lock, but Brea hits a snapmare to break free. Waist lock by Brea into a ripcord… AM I KNEEVIL!!! Dani drops to her knees, fighting to stay any form of upright. Lombardi hits the ropes and delivers a POWERSLIDE LARIAT!!! She tries to turn around and leap for a cover, but Dani expertly goes to the outside. Brea doesn’t give her a second of breath though, as she gathers some speed and leaps over the top rope with a STAGE DIVE!!! They brawl around the ringside area, throwing each other into the barricades, aprons, steps, and ring posts. It’s nearly a double count out, but Brea throws Dani inside the ring at the last second. As Brea slides into the ring, Dani runs up for LOVE, LAYBA- NO!!! Brea slingshots herself in for a spear!!! As Brea steps back, Dani charges, looking for a cheap shot, but Lombardi scouts it and headbutts her. Davies goes back to the ropes and Brea HITS A CACTUS CLOTHESLINE!!! Dani goes to the floor as Brea stays on the apron. Brea slides back into the ring, waiting for Dani to get up. Steph the Ref starts the count, as Brea can barely stir to her knees. As big of a move as that destroyer was, adrenaline sustained it alone. Dani Davies grabs her NVR Women's Championship and starts to walk away, but as she sees Brea getting to her knees, she turns around AND BLASTS LOMBARDI WITH THE CHAMPIONSHIP!!! She grabs Brea by the hair and tells her that Brea will never get another chance at this championship so long as Dani is around. She starts to set up for another Cruel Intentions stomp when SOMEONE JUMPS THE BARRICADE... IT'S ABBY BLAKE!!! Abby leaps onto the top rope and springboards at Dani with DOUBLE JUMP SKIDOO!!! Dani hits the mat hard and rolls out as the Women's Summit winner makes her presence known to the NVR Faithful. Abby picks up the NVR Women's Championship and stares at i before holding it high in the air for the crowd to cheer for. She tosses it back to Dani and tells her to count her day because soon Abby Blake will be the face of the Women's Division. Dani curses Abby, but Blake waves her off and helps Brea Lombardi to her feet.

The lights in the arena go dark as Valhalla" by Blind Guardian begins to play. A massive figure walks through the curtain to a chorus of boos. On the screen The Australian Behemoth flashes quickly followed by the rune of the god Odin. The lights slowly fade in as Danela Alans is revealed and her name appears on the screen in dripping blood. Danela sneers at the crowd when the music changes. The intro to "Don't Stop" by 5 Seconds of Summer begins to play as the studio lights go down and the spotlights point to the stage area. Within a few seconds, Bree Smith struts out from behind the correct and she does a few signature poses on the stage. As Luke Hemmings and the rest of 5SoS yell out the chorus, the song blends with “Valhalla” by Blind Guardian. The Baehemoths march to the ring as a unit, hitting the hands of a few fans on their way down. As they reach the apron, Dana grasps the top rope and pulls herself into the ring. Bree rolls in and starts to flex in the center of the ring. Dana draws a line in the sand in front of Bree before going behind and doing a massive stomp inviting her opponents to battle. They let out a war cry as their music fades.

Both Kira And Sui come out from the back before they point at the ring and do a cutthroat motion. They make their way down the rampway and walk around the ring, along the way slapping hands of fans and talking to the crowd. They make their way into the ring and climb up to the top turnbuckle where they do another cutthroat motion, sticking out their tongues and rolling their eyes into the back of their heads. all undertaker-like. They drop down and square up to their opponents finishing it off.

Dana and Kira start the match off circling the ring, just trying to feel each other out. Not that far off in stature from each other, they’re relatively equal in this match-up. Izumi doesn’t want to waste any more time though and explodes into Dana with a leaping knee into her chest. Dana with some hammering strikes bast, but Kira focuses on her midsection. Dana tries to hook his head, maybe going for a standing guillotine, but Kira hits a Northern Lights Suplex that plants the Aussie Behemoth. A quick bounce of the ropes and a stiff penalty kick to the chest keeps Dana down. Kira tags out to Sui and together they go for a DOUBLE SPIN KI-NO!!! Dana lays flat and the Dead Pretenders kick each other hard. Dana explodes to her feet and hits an EJECTOR SEAT ON KIRA INTO SUI!!! As Izumi rolls out of the ring, Dana drops an elbow across Obata’s chest. She drills him with a few forearms to make sure he’s not gonna fight back and drags him to the corner. Tag to Bree and together they take turns beating on Sui in the corner. Tag after tag, Dana and Bree making sure Sui isn’t getting free from their onslaught. Bree finally becomes the consistent legal partner and goes to throw Obata around the ring with POWER OF BRE- NO!!! On the third suplex, Sui lands on his feet. As Bree stands up unaware, flexing for the fans, Obata lines her up and hits a DEATH BOMBER TO THE BACK OF THE HEAD!!! Sui finds his moment and makes the HOT TAG!!! Kira Izumi comes running in drilling Dana with a punch that knocks her off the ring apron and then jumping towards Bree with a LEAPING IZUMI SPECIAL!!! Huricanrana leap into a triangle armbar works almost perfectly, but instantly Bree tries stacking the Tag Champion. She lifts him up, and he’s forced to let go. She shoots behind, wraps him up, and hits the SUPER NOOGIE!!! Bree grinds her fist into his scalp before grabbing him once again and hitting the POWER OF BREE!!! She bridges the last suplex for the… 1… 2… KICKOUT!!!

Dana nearly gets the win with a Hellish Rebuke on Kira, but Obata breaks it up. At one point, Kira goes to the top rope and hits a flawless Konjiki Ashisogi Jizō on Bree Smith, but she powers out at 2.99! Bree tries to submit Obata with a Lasso from Miami, but Kira runs in and hits her with Itami no Izumi! This allows Sui a chance to get to his feet and catch her with a SEPPUKU!!! Bree is trying to fight free, but she just can’t! She desperately gets to her feet and stumbles to the corner, hitting a diving tag and flopping to the mat with a last-ditch effort. Dana helps Bree up to her feet and drags Sui to the center of the ring. Dana hooks his head and hits an X-Plex as a gassed Bree hits the ropes and follows up with a sliding lariat… CRASH AND BOOM!!! Dana stacks Obata for the… 1… 2… OBATA KICKS OUT!!! She can’t believe it!!! Dana shakes her head and goes to tag Bree back in. Together they whip Sui into the ropes and deliver BAEHEMOTHS WRATH!!! Bree covers for the… 1… 2… 3-WAIT!!! KIRA HAD A BLIND TAG!!! When Baehemoths whipped Sui into the ropes, Izumi tagged himself in. Bree looks confused as Dana yells at the referee. Bree gets up trying to find Izumi, but instead, she finds POISON MIST!!! Smith is blinded as Izumi hits her with the KIRA DRIVER ‘91!!! Obata uses his last gasp to blindside Dana with a DEATH BOMBER!!! With Obata and Alans out of the ring, Jeff the Ref can focus on Kira pinning Bree and the… 1… 2… 3!!!

Sui rushes back into the ring and celebrates with his partner. Dana comes into the ring to help Bree, and both teams stare each other down… BEFORE SHAKING HANDS!!! The fans chant “BOTH THESE TEAMS” as loud as possible while the moment goes down. Baehemoths leave with their heads held high, and Dead pretenders stay in the ring celebrating when suddenly The intro to Jaden Smith's smash hit "Icon" reverberates through the speakers as the crowd comes alive.

It’s just Freddie Florentino by himself though. He tells the Dead Pretenders that STRONGHOLD is OWED a rematch and that he wants it at the next show. Kira grabs a mike and retorts asking if STRONGHOLD is even a team anymore because all Donnie has done is talk about how he wants nothing to do with STRONGHOLD anymore. Freddie shakes his head and tells them not to worry about whether or not he can get Donnie to team with him or not. STRONGHOLD will be fine once they take their tag titles back and become 3x Champions. Sui says it sounds like he and Kira won’t be the only Dead Pretenders then if Freddie thinks he can revive STRONGHOLD, but nevertheless, they accept the challenge.

GEMMA MARCHAND: Dead Pretenders go from defending their titles to instantly accepting their next title defense. That’s a lot to take in for the champions.

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: Especially against the STRONGHOLD. If Freddie can get Donnie back and one the same page, it’ll be a rough night for the tag champions.

The Block C Finalist, Callie Buchanan, looks to keep her Women’s Summit momentum going here tonight and as she presses towards the champion. Karen instantly dumps out of the ring, but Callie isn’t going to wait for Karen to get back in. She chases after Karen, getting her to come back into the ring, but when Callie slides in Karen screams “FUCK IT” and throws herself into Callie! She drills rights and lefts into Callie, but Callie shoves her off. Karen rolls to her feet and goes for a WOLF FANG FI- NO!!! Callie catches her with a snap powerslam! The Iron Maiden locks in an Anaconda Vice, but the wiley Karen Willow twists and kicks her legs until she finds a nearby rope. When Callie doesn’t immediately break her hold, Karen uses her free hand for a WOLF CLAW!!! As they get to their feet Karen runs around the ring, trying to disorient Callie. Callie says enough and goes for OFF WITH YOUR HEA-NO!!! Karen ducks the lariat and leaps onto the ropes behind Callie for VIVI’S BLESSING!!! She covers but only gets the 2 Count. Buchanan fights to her feet with some heavy hooks, but Karen uses her speed to get behind Callie and hit KAREN-CANT-RANA!!! Callie is spiked, but she’s still moving, so Karen hits the ropes and goes for PU’AR SAYS H-NO!!! CALLIE GRABS THE LEG!!! She fights to take down Karen, but Willow nearly escapes with a somersault. She looks right into the camera and tells Nevada that her days are numbered because she wants her title shot as soon as possible. Izzy claps in support of Karen’s endeavor for the NVR World Championship.

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: A warning that is loud and clear to everyone.

K.T. ANDERSON: I have always been a fan of Karen Willow for as long as I can remember. I believe that she is ABSOLUTELY the only person that can beat Vada Brooks!!!

GEMMA MARCHAND: Will you shut up with your biased bullshit for one night K.T.?!? You have NEVER liked Karen, you just like that she cheats now!

He tells her to apologize, but Gemma refuses. K.T. raises his hand like he’s going to slap Gemma, however, Warhead gets involved by grabbing his hands to stop Anderson. K.T. tries to pull his arm away from the former MMA fighter, and Williams tells them both to sit down, shut up, and be professional, but K.T.’s mouth gets the better of him when he calls Gemma a stupid worthless cu- GEMMA JUMPS ONTO K.T.!!! The two commentators are brawling back and forth. NVR security comes down and separates them. Warhead tells security to take them both to the back and let them cool off, he’ll take over the booth from here.

We see Dona Rotten get into Studio Merlot at the same time as Gemma Marchand. Gemma, having not done an interview in a while, asks if she can get a few words in with the challenger for the World Championship. Dona more than obliges, starting with she knows that her time in NVR has never been the most stellar. She was a really long Women's Champion, but all of her career highlights have come from the wild matches she's had over the years. One of the wildest matches is what got her this opportunity, and though she had to literally bury a man she was once in league with, it was exactly what she needed to do to get this opportunity. Dona NEEDS that NVR World Championship, and she NEEDS to be the one to dethrone Nevada. It's something she has hunted since her first day in NVR and she knows her time to be on top has arrived. Gemma thanks Dona for her time and can't wait to call the action.

TJS 4 NEWS is all set up for a big interview as they have the NVR World Champion on the set with them. TJS and Kai Urigawa start the interview by asking Nevada how it feels to be one of the longest-reigning champions in NVR ever. Nevada responds with excitement. She loves this company and being the face. She loves having the opportunity to hold the title and wrestle all of the best wrestlers, one of such challengers having been TJS himself. TJS asks her not to remind people that he has lost matches before because it's bad for viewership. However, he quickly moves into her opinions of Dona Rotten. Again Nevada is excited. She loves facing Dona and has huge amounts of respect for her. However, Nevada also knows Dona has struggled to get it done in title matches over the years. 'Vada Brooks says that she has had the entire roster breathing down her neck for months, but she has put every single wrestler away with no problem. Dona may behead ducks in matches, but Nevada shatters faces, and Dona Rotten is going to be the next one to get that feeling here tonight. TJS says that he's getting a sign from his producers that there is breaking news at ringside and throws it back to Kai Urigawa, who silently and sneakily slipped away when nobody was looking.

At ringside, we see Kai Urigawa in his TJS 4 NEWS gear, albeit reluctantly, motioning towards Play-By-Play Analyst and Senior producer Warren "Warhead" Williams. Warhead doesn't realize a bit is going on here and just stares at Kai for a second in confusion. Kai points to the camera and Warhead quickly realizes he's supposed to announce something into the camera. Apparently, K.T. Anderson and Gemma Marchand have been sent home on suspension for a couple of weeks to "calm down". Thanks to this unfortunate incident at ringside, Warhead Williams would like to introduce disgraced former commentator and NVR Producer, Mr. Wrestling 3K back to the booth for the first time since April of 2021. Mr. Wrestling 3K says he's glad to be back at commentary, if only for a night and that he can't believe K.T. didn't get suspended sooner. with this, Kai nods and sends it back to the TJS 4 NEWS Room.

Dona slowly walks toward the ring, her focus squarely in front of her. She tunes out the fans, her mind lingering on the match at hand. A wry grin creeps across her painted face, as she climbs up onto the apron. Dona steps through the ropes, making her way to mid-ring. The Toxic Knockout finally lets her eyes pan across the ringside area, before spitting a thick green mist skyward. Rotten cackles maniacally, and goes to her corner, to await the match’s start.

VALENTINA LOVELACE: Now introducing, the champion...

As En Route To Mayhem by Apocalyptica plays, the music rolls out over the room, from the back emerges Nevada Brooks, determination in her steps as she moves down the ramp towards the ring. She pauses at the ringsteps to look out over the fans in attendance and she throws her hands up in a signal for them, a big smile on her pretty face. She pauses to wipe her boots on the apron before ducking between the ropes, lingering a bit before moving on into the ring, her expression focused and eager as she waits for the match to begin.

Slow and methodical start to this match, as the two veterans circle the ring trying to feel the other out. A few stiff kicks, but nothing impactful as they close the distance and go for the tie-up. Nearly identical builds, the two women jockey for control. Nevada goes for a hip toss, but Dona stuffs it as she shoots for behind. She tries for the Punk Plex early, but Nevada hits HAIR PULL SNAPMARE DRIVER!!! Nevada charges to stay on top of Dona, but she gets sent flying up into the turnbuckles with a flapjack by Rotten. The Champion tries to hold herself up, but the Toxic Knockout climbs up Nevada and starts to drill punches into her face. The crowd counts with her as she delivers 9 stiff punches. On the tenth one, SHE SPITS VENOMOUS MIST ON IT!!! SHE HITS TE-NO!!! RUNNING LIGER BOMB BY NEVADA- NO!!! HURRICANRANA BY ROTTEN!!! Nevada goes flying through the ropes and down to the floor. Dona hits the ropes and goes for a SUICIDE DI- BIG ELBOW BY NEVADA!!! Dona and Nevada are both on their knees, trying to catch their breath. The fans are on their feet as both women charge at each other with CHAINSAW KICK AND SHATTER!!! Both finishers cancel each other out as the women land in heaps on the floor.

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: WE HAVE A PILE OF BODIES IN FRONT OF OUR ANNOUNCE DESK, 3K!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!!!

MR. WRESTLING 3K: NEVADA AND DONA JUST THREW THEMSELVES INTO EACH OTHER WITH THEIR BEST MOVES!!! NOW THE CLOCK IS TICKING!!! WILL THIS BE A DOUBLE COUNT OUT???

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: I DON’T THINK ANYONE IN STUDIO MERLOT WANTS THAT, SO THEY BOTH NEED TO DIG DEEP AND CLIMB BACK INTO THAT RING!!!

They do both slide into the ring. The intensity of the match has died down significantly as a bit of exhaustion has set in now. The two technical brawlers trade strikes, looking to put the other away. Nevada looks to be getting the edge, but then randomly Dona lands an uppercut that drops Brooks to the mat. Maybe it was a bit of possum, or a kick of adrenaline, but as soon as Dona tries to capitalize on the big hit, Nevada hits a low firewoman’s carry takedown and delivers a few big punches of her own. The grapple on the floor a bit, but end up fighting to their feet. Brooks shoves Rotten into the ropes. Brooks goes for an arm drag, but Dona pops up and counters it into a BACKSLIDE!!! Jeff the Ref counts for the… 1… 2… NO!!! NEVADA KICKS OUT!!! Dona pulls Nevada up and tries again to set up for the Punk Plex, but again Brooks has it scouted d. She may be a bit discombobulated, but Brooks lands a back elbow that stuns the challenger. Big roundhouse, but Dona ducks that… BUT SHE DOESN’T DUCK THE FOLLOW UP HEEL KICK!!! Rotten goes careening into the ropes, but she rebounds off WITH A HEADBUTT!!! Nevada is dazed as Dona quickly follows up with a SNAP DDT!!! Dona knows she needs to keep her foot on the gas here if she’s ging to pull of the upset, so she heads to the corner and climbs up for TOXICOSIS!!! The diving headbutt lands and Dona quickly covers for the… 1… 2… 3!!! WAIT!!! NO!!! NEVADA STILL KICKED OUT AT 2.99!!!

MR. WRESTLING 3K: I CAN’T BELIEVE IT, AND APPARENTLY NEITHER CAN THE FANS!!!

WARHEAD WILLIAMS: THE WHOLE WORLD THOUGHT WE HAD A NEW CHAMPION!!! NEVADA BROOKS BARELY STAYS ALIVE!!!

MR. WRESTLING 3K: DONA ROTTEN IS A FORCE TO BE RECKONED WITH!!!

Dona keeps the momentum going though. She knows she has the champion right where she wants her. She lines her up perfectly and goes for the CHAINSAW KI- NEVADA DUCKS IT!!! Brooks is fighting to stay alive here, so she grabs a leg as Dona floats over her and quickly transitions into a BOSTON CRAB!!! It’s loose and sloppy, but it’s locked in. Nevada is doing anything to buy time and wear Dona down at this point. Dona crawls and fights to the ropes, but Nevada keeps wrenching the hold to slow her down. Finally she makes the ropes and breaks the hold. Brooks doesn’t break clean though as she desperately tries to lock in an INDIAN DEATHLO-NO!!! Dona boots herself free from Nevada! Brooks drops to a knee as Dona quickly pops up and hits a MIDDLE ROPE BULLDOG!!! Dona can feel the momentum being firmly on her side as she climbs back up the turnbuckles. THe crowd goes crazy as she goes for ANOTHER TOXICOSIS- NEVADA ROLLS OUT OF THE WAY!!! With a final gasp of energy Nevada drives Dona’s head back into the mat with a HURRICANRANA DRIVER!!! Urgently, Nevada covers for the… 1… 2… DONA WITH AN ARM UP!!! Slowly, ‘Vada Brooks crawls to the farthest corner and pulls herself to her feet. She gets the fans to clap for her as she charges for SHATTE- VENOMOUS MIST!!! Nevada is stopped in her tracks as she stumbles to the ropes and out of the ring to save herself. Dona stalks her prey though, rolling out with Nevada. Dona charges with a CHAINSAW KICK!!! This exchange took a lot more out of Dona than she realizes though, and now they are on the outside. She barely gets Nevada back into the ring, let alone herself before the 10 Count. She lines Nevada up for ANOTHER CHAINSAW KI-NO!!! Nevada drops back to the mat before Dona could hit it. She goes to lift Nevada back up, but Nevada seems to snap out of her fog and lifts Dona up for SNAKE EYES!!! Rotten tries to stay on her feet, but Nevada boots the ropes and takes her down with SHATTER!!! Nevada is in full gear now, but she knows she needs to go the extra step. She pulls herself up to her feet using the nearest ropes and hits Dona WITH A SECOND SHATTER!!! Dona is down and the whole Studio call for the.. 1… 2… 3!!!

Nevada gets to her feet and celebrates another hard-fought defense with the crowd. She thanks Dona and they share a moment, but for the most part, Nevada is in the ring alone when suddenly “All The Thing She Said” by Poppy plays, and the arena lights flicker between pink and darkness while thick smoke fills the stage. Karen Willow comes out with her NVR R!ZE Championship in hand. She marches all the way up to the ring and slides into the ring, standing inches away from a battle-weary Nevada.

Karen calls for a microphone and says she is cashing in Option C for the American Thunder Dome PPV next month. She says she thought about going after Lash’s six title defenses, but that would mean Lash left something people desired, and that never happened in his life, so why would that change when he’s dead? The fans boo Karen for that, but she tells them to fuck off because none of them cared about Lash for the last 2 years he was gone anyways.

Nevada cuts her off and says that she was hoping Karen would make it to 5 defenses, but wasn’t sure if Karen still had what it takes to be a top wrestler anymore since she’s done nothing but flounder since Lash took the NVR World title from her. She gladly accepts Karen’s Option C and can’t wait to humble her at American Thunder Dome. Senior Official Jeffery Coors asks to take Karen’s NVR R!ZE Championship in order to make her “cash in” legal. Karen and Nevada lock eyes as she does, and now it’s official. At the American Thunder Dome 5, it’ll be Karen Willow vs Nevada Brooks for the NVR World Champion- “THE GAME” BY ALYSSA REID BEGINS TO PLAY!!!

The fans go crazy in the arena and we see Mimi’s name flash on the screen. She darts out of the back with her NVR World Championship Opportunity Briefcase in hand. She pulls out a microphone from her back pocket and says that Karen isn’t about to get to have all the fun. Mimi strolls down the ramp and says she isn’t the type of girl to cash in her briefcase when her opponent is down and out. She wants a true challenge when she becomes NVR World Champion. Karen tries to cut her off and tells her to wait her turn, but Mimi shakes her head. Her briefcase is for WHENEVER she wants, and what better place than the main event of the biggest pay-per-view event NVR Wrestling has? That’s where she wants it, and that’s where it will be. Karen tells her no, but Mimi tells her it isn’t up to her. She turns to Nevada and Jeff the Ref. Jeff tells Nevada that Mimi is allowed to call this shot if she wants to, and NEVADA SAYS BRING IT!!!

Mimi smiles as she hands her briefcase over to Senior Official Jeff Coors, and he makes this new update official as well. It will now be Nevada Brooks defending against Karen’s Option C and Mimi’s Briefcase in a TRIPLE THREAT MATCH AT AMERICAN THUNDER DOME!!! Fans are going insane, Karen is throwing a tantrum, and Nevada and Mimi just look excited for the next show!
