BIOGRAPHY - Izzy Van Doren has been a mainstay in NVR. There from the very beginning, she has built the brand from the ground up. In 2018, she became the first NVR World Champion in five way gauntlet match. Later on, she became the first R!ZE Champion to make it to 5 defenses and cash in for an opportunity at the World title, which she won. Izzy went onto win the Women's Summit in 2020 and go on to win the Women's Championship. She would carry that title for 443 days, through 10 defenses, and win the 2021 Women's Summit, the first to ever do it back to back. Izzy would win the World title for a third time and simultaneously carry the World and Women's titles. However, that pressure might've been the beginning of the unraveling for Izzy...
Izzy’s always been a little... unstable to say the least. This latest turn of events since losing both her NVR World and Women’s titles, Izzy has spiraled out of control and to a dark place. She's lost match after match. Even when she wins something, she inevitably comes up short. Despite sacrificing everything in order to hold NVR high, she feels disrespected. Fans have overlooked her for younger talent. No longer will she idly let others pass her by. She’s going to take what she wants and set NVR back on the right track.
ENTRANCE MUSIC - "BE MY DEATH CULT" BY CALABRESE
ENTRANCE DESCRIPTION - Her new darker theme song pumps through the PA as Izzy Van Doren slowly struts out onto the stage. She lunges at the camera, making the operator step back. She used to be greeted with chants of her name, but it's replaced with chorus of boos. Izzy scowls at the fans in the arena. She turns her back to the camera to reveal a large, green broken heart painted on her jacket. She pivots and starts marching to the ring.
XXX: "Introducing first/And the opponent: from Chicago, IL; she is IZZY VAAAAAAAN DOOOOREEEEEEEEN!!!”
Izzy climbs the stairs, she pauses to look out at the audience, she walks out onto the apron and stands there with her arms out stretched, soaking in the negative reaction from the audience. She pivots once again and walks back to the turnbuckle and climbs up and points her scowl at the hard cam. She hops down and stands in the center of the ring.
